upon_o the_o six_o day_n and_o this_o in_o truth_n we_o ought_v to_o do_v if_o not_o in_o this_o regard_n that_o god_n command_v we_o who_o command_n shall_v be_v of_o great_a authority_n with_o we_o yet_o at_o least_o that_o we_o may_v show_v ourselves_o good_a governor_n and_o that_o we_o govern_v they_o as_o tender_v their_o good_a over_o who_o we_o be_v set_v and_o wherein_o can_v we_o more_o and_o trifle_a business_n ride_v and_o run_v and_o post_v as_o if_o it_o be_v for_o life_n as_o if_o it_o be_v on_o other_o day_n in_o the_o week_n as_o if_o no_o commandment_n be_v from_o god_n to_o the_o contrary_n so_o our_o own_o turn_n be_v serve_v we_o care_v not_o how_o god_n be_v serve_v we_o show_v thereby_o that_o we_o love_v ourselves_o more_o than_o god_n and_o our_o servant_n see_v we_o not_o to_o make_v conscience_n of_o god_n business_n they_o grow_v to_o make_v as_o little_a conscience_n of_o we_o especial_o they_o be_v by_o this_o mean_v deprive_v of_o the_o benefit_n of_o the_o word_n whereby_o they_o shall_v be_v teach_v better_a to_o discharge_v their_o duty_n towards_o their_o master_n and_o thus_o much_o for_o that_o that_o the_o master_n ought_v to_o see_v that_o the_o lord_n command_v here_o that_o thy_o ox_n must_v rest_v what_o have_v god_n care_n of_o ox_n 1._o cor._n 9_o yes_o he_o have_v and_o mercy_n be_v to_o be_v show_v unto_o they_o which_o the_o gate_n and_o the_o whole_a country_n be_v jehosaphats_n gate_n and_o as_o the_o master_n in_o the_o family_n and_o the_o magistrate_n in_o the_o city_n so_o be_v the_o king_n in_o the_o country_n to_o see_v the_o sabbath_n keep_v and_o in_o very_a truth_n this_o speech_n concern_v prince_n and_o magistrate_n especial_o for_o in_o this_o speak_n within_o thy_o gate_n and_o not_o within_o thy_o authority_n or_o power_n he_o allude_v unto_o their_o manner_n of_o sit_v in_o judgement_n which_o be_v in_o the_o gate_n and_o do_v thereby_o as_o it_o be_v secret_o admonish_v they_o that_o sit_v in_o the_o gate_n above_o other_o that_o they_o see_v that_o the_o sabbath_n be_v keep_v and_o that_o which_o we_o hence_o note_v be_v that_o the_o magistrate_n must_v not_o alone_o see_v that_o the_o home-born_a and_o free_a denizen_n but_o also_o that_o the_o stranger_n keep_v the_o sabbath_n but_o of_o stranger_n there_o be_v two_o sort_n some_o convert_v to_o the_o truth_n and_o be_v call_v proselyte_n act._n 2._o 10_o other_o that_o be_v opposite_a unto_o the_o israelite_n in_o religion_n but_o yet_o do_v traffic_n with_o they_o as_o nehe._n 13._o those_o of_o tyre_n that_o bring_v ware_n to_o sell_v now_o this_o commandment_n concern_v they_o both_o convert_n or_o other_o be_v he_o a_o stranger_n be_v he_o within_o their_o gate_n they_o be_v to_o see_v that_o they_o keep_v as_o the_o israelite_n keep_v a_o fast_a in_o mispeh_n 1._o sam._n 7._o and_o hest_n 4._o 16._o there_o be_v a_o fast_o keep_v of_o three_o day_n long_o yea_o daniel_n keep_v a_o fast_a of_o three_o week_n of_o day_n dan._n 10._o 3._o neither_o in_o so_o do_v be_v there_o any_o breach_n or_o alteration_n of_o god_n ordinance_n but_o rather_o a_o observation_n for_o as_o christ_n break_v not_o the_o commandment_n when_o he_o neglect_v his_o duty_n to_o parent_n to_o perform_v his_o duty_n to_o god_n so_o neither_o do_v we_o break_v this_o ordinance_n of_o god_n when_o we_o on_o any_o of_o good_a of_o man_n may_v not_o necessity_n aswell_o dispense_v with_o our_o day_n and_o cause_v we_o to_o sanctify_v a_o sabbath_n for_o the_o good_a of_o man_n nay_o further_o i_o take_v it_o that_o this_o commandment_n be_v a_o synecdoche_n and_o but_o a_o part_n put_v for_o the_o whole_a as_o be_v all_o the_o other_o commandment_n do_v warrant_n yea_o and_o command_v such_o time_n convenient_a in_o the_o week_n day_n to_o be_v set_v apart_o unto_o god_n service_n and_o we_o see_v that_o christ_n and_o the_o apostle_n preach_v on_o these_o day_n as_o well_o as_o upon_o the_o sabbath_n
