his_o proper_a hand-writing_n or_o in_o his_o absence_n by_o his_o deputy_n by_o he_o to_o be_v appoint_v for_o who_o he_o will_v answer_v and_o if_o any_o copy_n shall_v be_v deliver_v out_o of_o the_o clerk_n office_n not_o so_o sign_v as_o aforesaid_a the_o same_o shall_v not_o be_v make_v use_n of_o in_o court_n or_o by_o any_o master_n or_o solicitor_n hand_n 2._o no_o subpoena_fw-la ad_fw-la audiend_n '_o judicium_fw-la to_o be_v sue_v forth_o but_o by_o note_n in_o write_v under_o the_o six_o clerk_n hand_n no_o subpoena_fw-la ad_fw-la audiendum_fw-la judicium_fw-la shall_v henceforth_o be_v make_v or_o sue_v forth_o but_o by_o note_n in_o write_v of_o the_o six_o clerk_n hand_n as_o shall_v be_v the_o party_n attorney_n in_o the_o cause_n or_o such_o his_o deputy_n as_o aforesaid_a in_o his_o absence_n for_o warrant_v the_o same_o for_o which_o note_v only_o no_o new_a fee_n shall_v be_v take_v out_o 3._o replication_n to_o be_v first_o enter_v and_o file_v before_o a_o subpoena_fw-la ad_fw-la rejungendum_fw-la shall_v issue_v out_o no_o fruit_n shall_v be_v take_v of_o any_o subpoena_fw-la ad_fw-la rejungendum_fw-la unless_o there_o be_v a_o replication_n first_o enter_v with_o and_o file_v by_o the_o plaintiff_n six_o clerk_n in_o the_o cause_n according_a to_o the_o course_n of_o the_o court_n before_o the_o issue_v out_o of_o the_o say_v subpoena_fw-la or_o at_o least_o before_o the_o return_n thereof_o and_o the_o party_n upon_o who_o such_o subpoena_fw-la shall_v be_v serve_v find_v no_o replication_n so_o file_v before_o the_o return_n thereof_o shall_v have_v the_o ordinary_a cost_v tax_v hand_n 4._o register_v not_o to_o enter_v any_o common_a rule_n or_o attachment_n but_o by_o warrant_n under_o the_o six_o clerk_n hand_n the_o register_n of_o the_o court_n shall_v not_o enter_v in_o his_o office_n any_o common_a rule_n or_o attachment_n which_o issue_v from_o the_o six_o clerk_n office_n but_o by_o a_o note_n or_o warrant_n under_o the_o six_o clerk_n own_o hand_n that_o be_v attorney_n in_o the_o cause_n or_o such_o his_o deputy_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o the_o six_o clerk_n be_v careful_o to_o see_v that_o all_o common_a rule_n and_o attachment_n be_v from_o henceforth_o due_o enter_v in_o the_o house-book_n and_o with_o the_o register_n according_a to_o the_o ancient_a course_n of_o the_o court_n register_n all_o common_a rule_n and_o attachment_n to_o be_v due_o enter_v into_o the_o house-book_n and_o with_o the_o register_n and_o no_o under_o clerk_n in_o the_o say_a office_n shall_v enter_v any_o rule_n either_o in_o the_o house-book_n or_o the_o register_n until_o the_o same_o be_v first_o enter_v with_o the_o six_o clerk_n to_o who_o the_o say_a rule_n be_v proper_a to_o be_v give_v fill_v 5._o no_o bill_n answer_v or_o plead_n shall_v be_v copy_v till_o they_o be_v due_o fill_v no_o bill_n answer_v or_o other_o plead_n shall_v be_v copy_v before_o they_o be_v due_o file_v and_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o six_o
