forth_o that_o they_o be_v compel_v to_o take_v medium_n wine_n to_o their_o loss_n and_o enforce_v to_o pay_v fotry_n s._n upon_o a_o tun_n all_o wine_n both_o which_o be_v untrue_a for_o they_o have_v voluntary_o oblige_v themselves_o by_o their_o say_a contract_n to_o perform_v both_o upon_o more_o than_o valuable_a consideration_n as_o be_v before_o declare_v and_o upon_o those_o and_o the_o like_a false_a pretence_n that_o they_o oppose_v the_o project_n they_o will_v exempt_v themselves_o from_o make_v restitution_n to_o the_o commonwealth_n of_o the_o great_a sum_n which_o they_o
