his_o majesty_n remember_v what_o the_o say_a lord_n coventry_n have_v inform_v he_o against_o the_o petitioner_n notwithstanding_o all_o the_o mean_n that_o can_v be_v make_v refuse_v it_o yet_o after_o his_o majesty_n return_n from_o scotland_n this_o deponent_a do_v again_o solicit_v his_o majesty_n by_o petition_n in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o petitioner_n father_n in_o law_n this_o deponent_n brother_n and_o then_o again_o this_o deponent_a procure_v the_o earl_n martial_n and_o earl_n of_o pembroke_n lord_n chamberlain_n to_o move_v in_o it_o for_o the_o petitioner_n who_o do_v so_o at_o that_o time_n it_o be_v seal_v with_o that_o condition_n that_o the_o petitioner_n shall_v not_o practice_v as_o a_o counsellor_n at_o law_n in_o england_n as_o be_v contain_v in_o the_o occupant_n and_o their_o estate_n and_o possession_n order_v from_o they_o and_o they_o out_v of_o their_o interest_n which_o they_o and_o their_o ancestor_n have_v enjoy_v for_o some_o hundred_o of_o year_n before_o and_o in_o this_o time_n they_o can_v get_v no_o lawyer_n to_o plead_v or_o speak_v for_o they_o but_o master_n alexander_n for_o which_o cause_n the_o say_a lord_n deputy_n have_v they_o by_o which_o mean_v those_o that_o be_v in_o like_a manner_n oppress_v do_v still_o repair_v unto_o master_n alexander_n for_o advice_n and_o counsel_n he_o understand_v the_o most_o of_o his_o wicked_a action_n and_o observe_v his_o way_n against_o other_o and_o that_o there_o be_v no_o fence_n for_o he_o to_o save_v himself_o who_o he_o purpose_v for_o no_o destroy_v therefore_o master_n
