edward_n povie_n knight_n who_o daughter_n be_v the_o wife_n of_o the_o say_a mr._n park_n together_o with_o other_o his_o friend_n be_v advertise_v of_o his_o extreme_a hard_a usage_n petition_v the_o lord_n justice_n and_o council_n of_o ireland_n for_o his_o removal_n to_o dublin_n to_o answer_v such_o matter_n as_o the_o informer_n have_v to_o lay_v to_o his_o charge_n and_o enter_v into_o be_v about_o 40_o mile_n from_o iniskillin_n who_o be_v so_o far_o from_o know_v or_o allow_v of_o the_o say_a cessation_n mention_v in_o the_o say_v four_o article_n that_o they_o fight_v with_o and_o kill_v some_o rebel_n in_o the_o pass_n of_o ballinafadd_a and_o take_v a_o pr●y_n from_o thence_o to_o the_o boyle_n whence_o upon_o return_n of_o the_o say_a ensign_n he_o come_v to_o manor_n hamillon_n in_o his_o way_n where_o he_o deliver_v a_o letter_n from_o this_o respondent_fw-la to_o lieutenant_n lesley_n the_o informer_n lieutenant_n it_o be_v direc●d_a to_o the_o informer_n or_o in_o his_o absence_n to_o the_o officer_n in_o chief_a at_o manor_n hamilton_n with_o a_o order_n of_o the_o copy_n of_o a_o order_n which_o the_o respondent_fw-la receive_v from_o the_o say_a captain_n foliot_n in_o it_o direct_v also_o as_o aforesaid_a from_o the_o lord_n justice_n and_o council_n of_o jreland_n for_o the_o enlargement_n of_o the_o say_a park_n to_o be_v send_v to_o iniskilin_n or_o ballyshannon_n which_o this_o respondent_fw-la leave_v to_o his_o choice_n to_o do_v or_o not_o to_o do_v as_o best_o please_v the_o informer_n or_o his_o say_a officer_n who_o send_v the_o say_a park_n along_o with_o the_o say_a ensign_n and_o because_o he_o be_v sensible_a of_o the_o great_a misery_n which_o he_o have_v wrongful_o sustain_v by_o his_o captain_n severity_n he_o deliver_v to_o the_o say_a master_n park_n two_o of_o his_o own_o horse_n with_o some_o other_o little_a help_n towards_o his_o charge_n as_o the_o say_a park_n tell_v this_o respondent_fw-la when_o he_o come_v to_o iniskillin_n before_o which_o time_n this_o respondent_fw-la be_v never_o acquaint_v with_o he_o neither_o do_v this_o respondent_fw-la know_v or_o ever_o hear_v that_o he_o be_v any_o indirect_a correspond_n from_o the_o informer_n lieutenant_n and_o this_o respondent_fw-la say_v that_o as_o a_o prisoner_n and_o poor_a distress_a englishman_n his_o countryman_n be_v under_o bail_n and_o mainprize_n as_o aforesaid_a he_o give_v some_o entertainment_n unto_o the_o say_a park_n for_o some_o few_o week_n in_o his_o house_n far_o short_a of_o feast_v as_o the_o informer_n
