from_o such_o shelf_n and_o place_n of_o the_o say_a river_n as_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v of_o danger_n to_o ship_v in_o the_o say_a river_n and_o for_o the_o better_n and_o more_o safety_n of_o the_o same_o and_o the_o say_a master_n warden_n ship_n to_o have_v sufficient_a number_n of_o lighter_n for_o ballast_n ship_n and_o assistant_n for_o themselves_o and_o their_o successor_n do_v further_a covenant_n promise_n and_o agree_v to_o and_o with_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n by_o these_o present_n that_o they_o and_o their_o successor_n and_o assign_v or_o some_o of_o they_o shall_v and_o will_v at_o their_o own_o proper_a cost_v and_o charge_n provide_v and_o have_v such_o number_n of_o lighter_n great_a and_o small_a as_o shall_v be_v from_o time_n to_o time_n sufficient_a upon_o all_o occasion_n for_o the_o export_n and_o the_o import_v of_o the_o say_a ballast_n as_o well_o to_o and_o from_o the_o say_a wharfe_n as_o unto_o all_o such_o ship_n bark_n or_o vessel_n that_o shall_v have_v use_n of_o the_o same_o deceit_n lighter_n to_o be_v gage_v and_o mark_v to_o prevent_v deceit_n which_o say_v lighter_n shall_v be_v just_o gage_v and_o mark_v that_o the_o burden_n and_o bigness_n of_o such_o lighter_n may_v be_v certain_o know_v to_o the_o end_n that_o all_o abuse_n and_o deceit_n between_o the_o buyer_n and_o seller_n of_o the_o say_a gravel_n and_o sand_n either_o in_o the_o quantity_n or_o weight_n thereof_o may_v from_o time_n to_o time_n be_v prevent_v and_o avoid_v and_o that_o they_o the_o say_v master_n warden_n and_o assistant_n and_o their_o successor_n deputy_n agent_n and_o assign_v shall_v and_o will_v from_o time_n to_o time_n for_o ever_o hereafter_o provide_v utter_v furnish_z and_o sell_v the_o say_a gravel_n accustom_v ballast_n to_o be_v sell_v at_o the_o rate_n accustom_v sand_n and_o soil_v for_o the_o ballast_n of_o all_o ship_n bark_n and_o vessel_n in_o the_o say_a river_n that_o shall_v have_v use_n thereof_o at_o the_o rate_n and_o prize_v accustom_v provide_v payment_n be_v make_v within_o six_o tide_n double_a payment_n to_o be_v make_v therefore_o within_o six_o tide_n or_o to_o pay_v double_a after_o the_o delivery_n thereof_o or_o else_o to_o pay_v double_a the_o accustom_a duty_n and_o further_o of_o our_o more_o especial_a grace_n certain_a knowledge_n and_o mere_a motion_n as_o well_o for_o officer_n of_o the_o exchequer_n command_v to_o assist_v they_o therein_o in_o any_o of_o our_o court_n or_o elsewhere_o for_o and_o towards_o the_o cleanse_n of_o the_o say_a river_n from_o shelf_n and_o other_o annoyance_n and_o our_o further_a will_n and_o pleasure_n be_v and_o we_o do_v hereby_o authorise_v and_o require_v our_o treasurer_n chancellor_n under_o treasurer_n chamberlain_n and_o baron_n of_o our_o exchequer_n for_o the_o time_n be_v and_o also_o our_o attorney_n general_n for_o the_o time_n be_v and_o all_o and_o every_o the_o officer_n and_o minister_n of_o our_o say_a to_o be_v award_v make_v and_o deliver_v unto_o he_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o all_z and_o every_o writ_n and_o writ_n process_n judgement_n execution_n and_o proceed_n in_o the_o name_n of_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n as_o shall_v or_o may_v be_v necessary_a for_o the_o more_o speedy_a recovery_n of_o the_o say_a contribution_n fine_n and_o other_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n oath_n in_o the_o premise_n as_o it_o become_v in_o their_o several_a place_n respective_o and_o the_o say_a master_n warden_n and_o assistant_n for_o themselves_o and_o their_o successor_n do_v covenant_n promise_n grant_v and_o agree_v to_o and_o with_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n by_o these_o present_n to_o render_v a_o account_n upon_o oath_n and_o pay_v unto_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n into_o our_o exchequer_n at_o westminster_n at_o the_o say_a feast_n of_o st._n michael_n the_o archangel_n and_o the_o annunciation_n of_o the_o bless_a virgin_n mary_n one_o full_a and_o whole_a three_o part_n in_o three_o part_n to_o be_v divide_v of_o all_o the_o clear_a profit_n of_o all_o and_o every_o the_o aforesaid_a contribution_n fine_n and_o forfeiture_n aforesaid_a and_o the_o say_a work_n of_o cleanse_v the_o say_a river_n as_o aforesaid_a except_o we_o our_o heir_n council_n except_o by_o order_n of_o council_n and_o successor_n or_o the_o lord_n and_o other_o of_o our_o or_o their_o privy_a council_n for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v be_v first_o acquaint_v therewith_o and_o his_o and_o their_o licence_n shall_v be_v have_v and_o obtain_v in_o that_o behalf_n and_o we_o do_v further_o by_o these_o present_n for_o we_o come_v acquit_v they_o from_o all_o claim_n of_o any_o lord_n admiral_n for_o the_o time_n to_o come_v our_o heir_n and_o
