of_o parliament_n and_o especial_o the_o late_a custom_n of_o two_o and_o a_o half_a per_fw-mi cent_n and_o the_o late_a new_a imposition_n of_o four_o pound_n upon_o the_o tun_n of_o wine_n and_o all_o raise_n of_o his_o majesty_n custom_n direct_o or_o indirect_o without_o consent_n of_o parliament_n and_o because_o that_o the_o too_o much_o trouble_v of_o merchant_n and_o draw_v of_o master_n and_o mariner_n from_o their_o ordinary_a charge_n do_v much_o impede_fw-la the_o trade_n therefore_o his_o majesty_n with_o advice_n and_o consent_n foresay_a discharge_v the_o take_n of_o merchant_n master_n and_o mariner_n oath_n in_o the_o matter_n of_o custom_n and_o to_o the_o end_n that_o the_o subject_a of_o trade_n may_v not_o be_v restrain_v with_o unnecessary_a custom_n his_o majesty_n with_o advice_n and_o consent_n foresay_a declare_v that_o all_o good_n and_o merchandise_n import_v from_o foreign_a place_n to_o this_o kingdom_n and_o out_o of_o the_o same_o pay_v inward-custom_n shall_v be_v free_a of_o all_o outward-custom_n according_a as_o be_v use_v in_o england_n and_o ireland_n likeas_n his_o majesty_n declare_v that_o he_o consent_v to_o the_o act_n above-written_a upon_o this_o condition_n that_o commission_n and_o warrant_n be_v grant_v to_o the_o exchequer_n to_o establish_v the_o book_n of_o rate_n according_a as_o the_o price_n of_o book_n of_o rate_n anent_o the_o custom_n and_o consent_v that_o commission_n shall_v be_v grant_v to_o the_o exchequer_n to_o establish_v the_o book_n of_o rate_n according_a as_o the_o price_n of_o ward-holding_a change_v by_o the_o king_n majesty_n the_o estate_n of_o parliament_n have_v take_v to_o consideration_n that_o some_o difficulty_n have_v occur_v in_o the_o prosecution_n of_o his_o majesty_n royal_a father_n intention_n of_o change_v of_o ward-holdings_a in_o few_o for_o the_o well_o of_o his_o subject_n conform_v to_o the_o two_o commission_n grant_v by_o his_o say_a majesty_n thereanent_fw-la under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o that_o the_o say_a difficulty_n have_v rise_v upon_o this_o ground_n that_o diverse_a of_o his_o majesty_n subject_n hold_v land_n of_o his_o majesty_n or_o of_o the_o prince_n ward_n or_o few_o cum_fw-la maritagio_fw-la hold_v also_o other_o land_n of_o other_o superior_n ward_n who_o whilst_o their_o vassal_n hold_v land_n ward_n or_o few_o cum_fw-la maritagio_fw-la of_o his_o majesty_n or_o of_o the_o prince_n can_v pretend_v no_o right_n to_o the_o marriage_n of_o the_o vassal_n heir_n when_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v change_v in_o few_o and_o composition_n and_o a_o yearly_a few-duty_n be_v grant_v to_o his_o majesty_n or_o the_o prince_n for_o the_o say_a ward_n and_o marriage_n the_o other_o superior_n of_o the_o say_a vassal_n of_o who_o he_o hold_v ward_n may_v contend_v for_o the_o benefit_n of_o the_o casuality_n of_o the_o marriage_n of_o his_o vassal_n heir_n when_o the_o same_o fall_v out_o he_o be_v the_o vassal_n elder_a superior_n of_o who_o he_o hold_v ward_n which_o be_v grievous_a to_o the_o vassal_n who_o by_o this_o new_a course_n of_o change_v of_o his_o hold_n
