let_v we_o turn_v unto_o he_o thus_o much_o for_o the_o exhortation_n the_o reason_n follow_v for_o he_o have_v spoil_v and_o he_o will_v heal_v we_o he_o have_v wound_v we_o and_o he_o will_v bind_v we_o up_o we_o have_v hear_v already_o the_o godly_a persuasion_n of_o the_o believe_a jew_n one_o to_o another_o exhortation_n reason_n to_o enforce_v the_o former_a exhortation_n to_o turn_v to_o in_o this_o place_n do_v not_o only_o persuade_v one_o another_o simple_o to_o return_v unto_o god_n duty_n man_n nature_n so_o corrupt_a that_o it_o stand_v in_o need_n of_o many_o reason_n to_o persuade_v to_o holy_a duty_n but_o use_v reason_n upon_o reason_n to_o induce_v and_o to_o persuade_v they_o thereunto_o hence_o we_o may_v observe_v the_o frowatdnesse_n and_o the_o untowardness_n and_o great_a backwardness_n that_o be_v in_o all_o man_n by_o natuae_fw-la to_o perform_v any_o holy_a duty_n that_o we_o thus_o stand_v in_o need_n of_o so_o many_o argument_n and_o so_o many_o reason_n to_o perswadr_v we_o thereunto_o in_o the_o whole_a scripture_n it_o be_v the_o usual_a manner_n of_o the_o prophet_n and_o apostle_n and_o holy_a man_n of_o god_n when_o they_o exhort_v to_o to_o god_n and_o come_v into_o the_o temple_n and_o bring_v their_o beast_n and_o make_v some_o show_n that_o god_n be_v behold_v unto_o they_o and_o that_o he_o can_v not_o be_v angry_a with_o they_o thus_o they_o make_v the_o service_n and_o worship_n of_o god_n a_o cloak_n of_o all_o their_o evil_n and_o a_o covert_n of_o all_o their_o vile_a and_o enormous_a deal_n as_o blindness_n ignorance_n you_o be_v lord_n over_o god_n heritage_n but_o that_o you_o may_v be_v ensample_n to_o the_o flock_n and_o when_o that_o chief_a shepherd_n shall_v appear_v you_o shall_v receive_v a_o incorruptible_a crown_n of_o glory_n if_o we_o do_v not_o thus_o labour_v but_o loiter_v in_o the_o lord_n vineyard_n we_o can_v assure_v ourselves_o to_o be_v the_o minister_n of_o the_o lord_n but_o with_o these_o priest_n and_o levite_n here_o robber_n and_o spoiler_n nay_o murderer_n and_o manslayer_n make_v a_o prey_n of_o the_o people_n soul_n and_o expose_v they_o as_o a_o prey_n for_o satan_n and_o what_o will_v the_o lord_n put_v up_o this_o sin_n at_o the_o hand_n of_o such_o man_n sure_o no_o for_o when_o that_o great_a shepherd_n shall_v appear_v they_o shall_v then_o bear_v the_o burden_n not_o only_o of_o their_o own_o sin_n but_o of_o the_o sin_n of_o the_o people_n that_o belong_v unto_o their_o charge_n and_o their_o blood_n shall_v be_v lay_v to_o their_o charge_n and_o rejoice_v after_o death_n and_o howsoever_o god_n do_v not_o touch_v the_o heart_n of_o our_o hearer_n at_o one_o time_n he_o may_v at_o another_o time_n and_o season_n be_v in_o his_o hand_n let_v we_o use_v the_o mean_n to_o sow_v unto_o they_o spiritual_a thing_n and_o commit_v the_o success_n of_o our_o labour_n unto_o god_n see_v paul_n plant_v 3.6.7_o 1._o cor._n 3.6.7_o apollo_n
