as_o prince_n and_o other_o great_a state_n will_v give_v protection_n unto_o they_o which_o be_v hate_v and_o who_o they_o see_v to_o be_v in_o danger_n so_o god_n give_v his_o protection_n unto_o the_o fatherless_a to_o the_o widow_n to_o the_o poor_a and_o to_o the_o stranger_n and_o why_o because_o they_o have_v no_o mean_n to_o the_o worldewarde_n to_o defend_v themselves_o withal_o he_o supply_v this_o want_n of_o they_o and_o declare_v that_o he_o will_v not_o have_v man_n to_o tread_v those_o under_o foot_n who_o he_o have_v receive_v unto_o himself_o tell_v we_o that_o he_o be_v with_o god_n &_o wage_v battle_n against_o he_o if_o we_o use_v not_o all_o equity_n and_o right_n towards_o they_o and_o if_o we_o be_v not_o so_o gentle_a and_o kindhearted_a as_o to_o relieve_v and_o to_o succour_v they_o you_o see_v then_o now_o what_o the_o cause_n be_v why_o it_o be_v say_v in_o this_o place_n thou_o shall_v not_o pervert_v the_o right_n of_o the_o stranger_n now_o to_o pervert_v the_o right_n be_v to_o scorn_v a_o man_n when_o he_o have_v a_o just_a and_o good_a cause_n and_o this_o be_v at_o all_o time_n to_o be_v see_v in_o deed_n in_o the_o court_n of_o justice_n there_o will_v sometime_o such_o regard_n be_v have_v that_o a_o stranger_n shall_v have_v the_o more_o speedy_a dispatch_n of_o his_o matter_n and_o man_n will_v say_v that_o they_o must_v proceed_v more_o quick_o in_o give_v of_o sentence_n when_o a_o stranger_n come_v to_o demand_v justice_n and_o not_o suffer_v he_o to_o linger_v in_o his_o suit_n as_o those_o which_o be_v at_o home_n at_o their_o ease_n and_o may_v go_v about_o their_o business_n these_o may_v better_o be_v delay_v but_o as_o touch_v a_o stranger_n which_o come_v from_o a_o far_a place_n to_o require_v justice_n man_n by_o nature_n ought_v to_o be_v move_v not_o to_o make_v he_o linger_v but_o to_o make_v a_o quick_a dispatch_n with_o he_o but_o this_o notwithstanding_o when_o the_o thing_n be_v to_o be_v practise_v in_o place_n of_o justice_n you_o shall_v see_v the_o clean_a contrary_n let_v a_o stranger_n who_o case_n be_v as_o clear_a as_o the_o sun_n come_v to_o demand_v his_o right_n and_o he_o shall_v be_v put_v off_o until_o eight_o day_n and_o yet_o from_o that_o time_n he_o shall_v be_v further_o delay_v and_o then_o in_o the_o end_n when_o he_o be_v well_o weary_a he_o shall_v be_v complaint_n a_o man_n shall_v hear_v every_o day_n and_o yet_o for_o all_o that_o man_n care_v not_o for_o they_o but_o pass_v on_o still_o but_o yet_o these_o thing_n must_v come_v to_o a_o reckon_v before_o god_n and_o why_o it_o be_v not_o say_v thou_o shall_v not_o pervert_v the_o right_n of_o thy_o own_o countryman_n or_o citizen_n for_o why_o it_o be_v sufficient_a y_o it_o there_o be_v this_o general_a rule_n for_o it_o thou_o shall_v not_o pervert_v any_o man_n right_a but_o let_v we_o know_v that_o stranger_n be_v to_o be_v more_o special_o maintain_v and_o y_fw-fr t_o god_n
