and_o the_o heart_n in_o private_a reason_n thus_o with_o itself_o what_o shall_v i_o say_v when_o my_o heart_n approve_v of_o the_o word_n and_o my_o soul_n close_v with_o it_o even_o then_o so_o soon_o as_o i_o come_v out_o of_o the_o church_n i_o forget_v all_o what_o a_o blind_a mind_n and_o a_o hard_a heart_n have_v i_o can_v there_o be_v any_o grace_n or_o mercy_n convey_v to_o such_o a_o soul_n as_o i_o sure_o i_o shall_v one_o day_n perish_v a_o ignorant_a heart_n be_v a_o naughty_a heart_n a_o base_a wicked_a heart_n my_o sin_n be_v many_o my_o condition_n fearful_a will_v you_o have_v any_o comfort_n why_o then_o mark_n what_o i_o say_v the_o lord_n will_v teach_v and_o if_o the_o lord_n be_v the_o teacher_n it_o be_v no_o matter_n what_o the_o scholar_n be_v reason_n thus_o with_o yourselves_o my_o memory_n be_v weak_a my_o capacity_n be_v small_a my_o understanding_n feeble_a but_o yet_o the_o lord_n be_v my_o teacher_n and_o if_o the_o lord_n will_v inform_v who_o can_v let_v it_o but_o i_o shall_v be_v inform_v prov._n 1.23_o mark_v what_o the_o text_n say_v return_v you_o simple_a one_o you_o scorner_n and_o fool_n and_o follow_v i_o and_o i_o will_v learn_v you_o wisdom_n this_o may_v move_v you_o to_o depend_v upon_o god_n in_o the_o use_n of_o the_o mean_n the_o soul_n may_v say_v i_o be_o simple_a and_o i_o have_v be_v a_o scorner_n too_o and_o that_o be_v a_o great_a misery_n and_o therefore_o no_o marvel_n if_o god_n blind_v my_o mind_n and_o harden_v my_o heart_n for_o i_o have_v be_v a_o scorner_n and_o can_v any_o good_a come_v unto_o i_o can_v such_o a_o soul_n receive_v grace_n and_o wisdom_n why_o ah_o say_v wisdom_n come_v unto_o i_o and_o i_o will_v pour_v abundance_n of_o wisdom_n upon_o you_o sec_n nd_o if_o it_o be_v the_o work_n of_o god_n then_o go_v to_o he_o for_o it_o be_v a_o comfort_n to_o go_v to_o a_o father_n when_o therefore_o the_o mean_n be_v receive_v and_o god_n give_v a_o heart_n to_o improve_v they_o then_o come_v not_o to_o the_o congregation_n but_o to_o god_n and_o when_o the_o minister_n reprove_v say_v father_n set_v home_o that_o reproof_n to_o my_o soul_n and_o conscience_n do_v thou_o reprove_v father_n and_o when_o the_o minister_n exhort_v and_o inform_v thou_o daily_o the_o argument_n from_o the_o scripture_n plain_a when_o the_o minister_n be_v thus_o exhort_v and_o you_o can_v come_v off_o clear_o look_v up_o to_o heaven_n exhort_v father_n teach_v father_n the_o minister_n he_o speak_v to_o thou_o but_o father_n inform_v we_o but_o father_n seal_v to_o we_o the_o assurance_n of_o thy_o love_n in_o christ_n all_o you_o that_o hear_v i_o this_o day_n and_o come_v and_o bring_v thou_o with_o thou_o and_o come_v with_o thy_o family_n into_o the_o congregation_n look_v up_o to_o thy_o god_n and_o say_v lord_n here_o be_v a_o vain_a rude_a servant_n a_o silly_a wife_n and_o a_o weak_a foolish_a child_n and_o i_o be_o as_o base_a and_o blind_a as_o any_o of_o they_o and_o all_o the_o minister_n under_o heaven_n and_o all_o the_o angel_n in_o heaven_n can_v teach_v and_o inform_v we_o but_o do_v thou_o teach_v we_o and_o work_v upon_o our_o mind_n and_o frame_v our_o heart_n that_o we_o may_v know_v the_o thing_n belong_v to_o our_o peace_n but_o thou_o will_v say_v alas_o we_o have_v come_v and_o look_v up_o to_o god_n but_o we_o thrive_v and_o prosper_v not_o for_o all_o this_o we_o receive_v not_o that_o help_n and_o instruction_n from_o he_o which_o he_o first_o promise_v and_o we_o stand_v in_o need_n of_o why_o i_o say_v the_o fault_n be_v thou_o own_o the_o lord_n be_v not_o want_v to_o his_o own_o word_n but_o thou_o be_v want_v to_o thy_o own_o comfort_n but_o how_o then_o shall_v we_o so_o carry_v and_o order_v ourselves_o that_o we_o may_v seek_v god_n so_o as_o we_o may_v partake_v of_o that_o good_a we_o desire_v and_o stand_v in_o need_n of_o i_o answer_v these_o four_o mean_n be_v very_o useful_a for_o this_o purpose_n first_o labour_v to_o lay_v thy_o own_o conceitednesse_n and_o ability_n down_o and_o all_o thy_o carnal_a imagination_n that_o shut_v out_o the_o truth_n of_o god_n and_o be_v profess_o oppose_v to_o the_o obedience_n of_o christ_n if_o thou_o lean_v on_o thy_o own_o wisdom_n and_o bear_v up_o thyself_o on_o thy_o own_o ability_n thou_o will_v never_o have_v direction_n from_o god_n and_o thou_o shall_v never_o be_v teach_v by_o he_o if_o thou_o thyself_o can_v teach_v thyself_o therefore_o down_o with_o those_o haughty_a imagination_n in_o regard_n of_o thy_o own_o part_n and_o ability_n if_o thou_o hope_v that_o god_n shall_v guide_v thou_o and_o learn_v thou_o in_o the_o way_n of_o truth_n therefore_o let_v every_o one_o be_v a_o fool_n that_o he_o may_v be_v wise_a when_o thou_o be_v a_o fool_n in_o thyself_o than_o god_n will_v inform_v thou_o when_o thou_o
