great_a perplexity_n as_o it_o then_o seem_v fall_v into_o sime_fw-la passion_n say_v what_o a_o unfortunate_a man_n be_o i_o what_o will_v become_v of_o i_o a_o then_o be_v demand_v by_o master_n hooker_n and_o master_n jones_n of_o who_o he_o have_v or_o receive_v his_o copy_n of_o the_o say_a deposition_n whereof_o that_o be_v one_o answer_v he_o can_v not_o tell_v whether_o he_o receive_v it_o then_o so_o they_o may_v not_o rely_v upon_o this_o reed_n and_o therefore_o proceed_v further_o to_o muster_v up_o and_o gather_v together_o what_o they_o be_v able_a to_o make_v some_o colour_n at_o least_o for_o a_o sentence_n for_o they_o see_v all_o this_o will_v not_o do_v nor_o serve_v the_o turn_n there_o be_v yet_o but_o a_o inclination_n to_o think_v master_n alexander_n guilty_a of_o do_v this_o thing_n albeit_o as_o much_o now_o have_v be_v do_v and_o that_o which_o be_v do_v have_v be_v canvas_v as_o thorough_o as_o be_v possible_a in_o court_n to_o gain_v a_o belief_n and_o opinion_n of_o his_o guiltiness_n but_o to_o proceed_v 10._o but_o for_o that_o the_o say_v alexander_n be_v neither_o himself_n in_o this_o honourable_a court_n in_o person_n neither_o have_v any_o counsel_n to_o speak_v for_o he_o the_o court_n therefore_o do_v forbear_v to_o give_v any_o final_a sentence_n or_o decree_n therein_o that_o day_n but_o give_v the_o say_a alexander_n time_n if_o material_a or_o themselves_o disregard_v for_o the_o motion_n and_o what_o wise_a man_n will_v engage_v himself_o in_o such_o a_o quarrel_n where_o whosoever_o speed_v he_o be_v sure_a to_o get_v blow_n for_o his_o recompense_n howsoever_o it_o be_v fair_o offer_v have_v it_o be_v according_o pursue_v that_o master_n alexander_n shall_v at_o least_o have_v notice_n of_o their_o intention_n that_o they_o be_v resolve_v to_o proceed_v to_o sentence_v he_o and_o that_o he_o shall_v be_v present_a at_o the_o bar_n in_o person_n to_o hear_v his_o condemnation_n but_o now_o it_o be_v well_o understand_v by_o nevile_n that_o master_n alexander_n be_v before_o this_o time_n go_v out_o of_o town_n into_o the_o country_n near_o a_o hundred_o mile_n from_o london_n to_o search_v for_o letter_n which_o he_o have_v former_o receive_v of_o his_o about_o the_o business_n in_o which_o he_o hope_v to_o find_v his_o acknowledgement_n of_o do_v this_o thing_n in_o manner_n as_o master_n alexander_n have_v allege_v for_o which_o reason_n all_o their_o force_n be_v set_v on_o work_n for_o to_o procure_v this_o sentence_n in_o his_o absence_n and_o to_o raise_v that_o as_o one_o and_o though_o it_o be_v common_o presume_v a_o man_n will_v be_v for_o the_o most_o part_n at_o his_o own_o house_n which_o be_v his_o castle_n for_o to_o manage_v his_o estate_n and_o to_o provide_v for_o his_o family_n there_o be_v no_o such_o intendment_n or_o necessity_n of_o a_o man_n be_v at_o his_o chamber_n in_o another_o place_n remote_a from_o his_o dwellinghouse_n as_o this_o be_v near_o 100_o mile_n distant_a and_o therefore_o the_o leave_v of_o this_o order_n in_o a_o case_n so_o penal_a at_o his_o chamber_n here_o in_o london_n where_o he_o be_v tie_v to_o no_o constant_a residence_n but_o may_v stay_v and_o be_v go_v again_o at_o his_o pleasure_n without_o precise_a proof_n of_o his_o be_v there_o and_o personal_a notice_n before_o the_o hear_n be_v no_o such_o affidavit_fw-la and_o his_o examination_n before_o the_o judge_n in_o matter_n of_o substance_n at_o all_o but_o the_o same_o be_v untrue_o allege_v in_o the_o sentence_n without_o ground_n or_o
