who_o in_o respect_n of_o his_o public_a office_n or_o employment_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v entitle_v or_o entrust_v to_o make_v engross_v or_o write_v any_o record_n deed_n instrument_n or_o write_n by_o this_o act_n chargeable_a as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v guilty_a of_o any_o fraud_n or_o practice_n by_o make_v engross_a or_o write_v any_o such_o record_n deed_n instrument_n or_o write_v upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n not_o mark_v or_o upon_o which_o there_o shall_v not_o be_v some_o stamp_n or_o mark_n resemble_v the_o same_o or_o upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n stamp_v with_o this_o mark_n or_o stamp_v which_o he_o shall_v know_v to_o be_v counterfeit_v or_o upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n that_o shall_v be_v mark_v or_o stamp_v for_o a_o low_a duty_n as_o aforesaid_a every_o such_o officer_n etc._n etc._n so_o guilty_a and_o thereof_o lawful_o convict_v shall_v over_z and_z above_o the_o penalty_n aforesaid_a forfeit_v his_o office_n place_n or_o employment_n and_o if_o any_o attorney_n shall_v be_v guilty_a thereof_o and_o convict_v he_o shall_v be_v disable_v for_o the_o future_a to_o practise_v as_o a_o attorney_n and_o if_o shall_v utter_v or_o sell_v any_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n with_o such_o counterfeit_a mark_n or_o impression_n know_v such_o mark_n or_o impression_n to_o be_v counterfeit_a than_o every_o such_o person_n so_o offend_v be_v thereof_o legal_o convict_v shall_v suffer_v death_n as_o a_o felon_n without_o benefit_n of_o clergy_n lii_o etc._n person_n to_o be_v appoint_v to_o inspect_v
