understand_v by_o the_o follow_a discourse_n how_o commodious_o there_o may_v be_v send_v many_o people_n from_o any_o part_n of_o your_o majesty_n kingdom_n to_o be_v there_o employ_v that_o have_v but_o small_a mean_n to_o live_v and_o be_v very_o beneficial_a to_o themselves_o &_o will_v employ_v they_o there_o the_o first_o thing_n therefore_o that_o i_o will_v advise_v any_o subject_n that_o be_v but_o little_o acquaint_v with_o sea-affaire_n and_o such_o as_o be_v willing_a to_o adventure_v in_o the_o desire_a plantation_n be_v to_o acquaint_v himself_o with_o a_o approve_a other_o nation_n shall_v be_v prohibit_v the_o free_a privilege_n of_o fish_v fish_v which_o for_o many_o year_n they_o have_v enjoy_v there_o with_o we_o or_o that_o we_o shall_v assume_v it_o unto_o carry_v more_o and_o better_a fish_n in_o every_o ship_n then_o now_o they_o use_v to_o do_v may_v be_v able_a not_o only_o to_o furnish_v france_n spain_n and_o italy_n with_o those_o commodity_n but_o also_o to_o sell_v far_o better_a cheap_a than_o any_o of_o these_o nation_n can_v possible_o fetch_v the_o same_o from_o thence_o with_o their_o own_o ship_n and_o labour_n and_o which_o of_o
