next_o parliament_n or_o session_n of_o parliament_n thereafter_o shall_v take_v unto_o their_o consideration_n the_o manner_n of_o re-imbursing_a his_o majesty_n for_o the_o say_v advance_v it_o be_v always_o hereby_o declare_v that_o the_o officer_n of_o the_o mint_n shall_v not_o be_v liable_a to_o the_o obligation_n aforesaid_a for_o refuse_v to_o coin_n any_o such_o quantity_n bring_v in_o to_o the_o mint_n to_o be_v coin_v in_o case_n upon_o any_o accident_n the_o commissioner_n of_o his_o majesty_n thesaury_n thesaurer-principal_a or_o thesaurer-deput_a for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v refuse_v or_o delay_v to_o pay_v eighteen_o pound_n scot_n per_fw-la stone_n for_o the_o coinage_n aforesaid_a and_o his_o majesty_n and_o estate_n of_o parliament_n for_o certain_a weighty_a shilling_n scot_n piece_n be_v to_o weigh_v according_a to_o the_o denomination_n of_o weight_n use_v in_o the_o mint_n twenty_o one_o denier_n eighteen_o grain_n ten_o prime_n eighteen_o second_o and_o in_o the_o ordinary_a denomination_n of_o weight_n fourteen_o drop_n eighteen_o grain_n and_o in_o regard_n that_o the_o sixty_o shilling_n scot_n piece_n of_o the_o weight_n aforesaid_a can_v be_v bring_v to_o a_o certain_a number_n to_o make_v up_o a_o scot_n pound_n weight_n without_o fraction_n therefore_o it_o be_v hereby_o declare_v that_o the_o lesser_a species_n of_o coin_n shall_v be_v deliver_v to_o the_o merchant_n or_o other_o importer_n of_o bullion_n to_o make_v up_o the_o just_a weight_n and_o when_o it_o shall_v fall_v out_o that_o the_o fraction_n be_v less_o than_o a_o five_o shilling_n scot_n piece_n in_o that_o case_n the_o merchant_n or_o importer_n shall_v have_v such_o a_o proportion_n of_o a_o five_o shilling_n piece_n clip_v off_o and_o deliver_v to_o he_o as_o may_v make_v up_o the_o just_a quantity_n of_o a_o pound_n weight_n by_o which_o mean_v there_o will_v be_v in_o a_o scot_n pound_n weight_n according_a to_o the_o standart_n pile_n of_o weight_n now_o in_o the_o mint_n seventeen_o sixty_o shilling_n piece_n one_o twenty_o shilling_n piece_n one_o ten_o shilling_n piece_n one_o five_o shilling_n piece_n and_o a_o small_a fraction_n of_o three_o shilling_n four_o penny_n scot_n the_o forty_o shilling_n scot_n piece_n be_v to_o weigh_v according_a to_o the_o denomination_n of_o weight_n use_v in_o the_o mint_n fourteen_o denier_n
