WHereas upon Information We have received against Charles Earl of Macclesfeild We have thought fit to Direct Our Warrant for Apprehending the said Earl for High Treason who is since fled from Iustice and does now lie concealed We do by this Our Royal Proclamation Strictly Charge and Command all Our Loving Subjects forthwith to Apprehend the said Earl for High Treason and that no Person do presume to Receive or Harbour the said Earl upon Pain of being Proceeded against for High Treason according to the utmost Severity of the Law Given at Our Court at Windsor the Seventh day of September 1685. In the First Year of Our Reign God save the King LONDON Printed by the Assigns of John Bill Deceas'd And by Henry Hills and Thomas Newcomb Printers to the Kings most Excellent Majesty 1685.
