under_o the_o command_n of_o the_o earl_n of_o newcastle_n make_v use_v of_o as_o in_o that_o declaration_n of_o the_o house_n of_o commons_o decemb._n 15._o 1642._o the_o declaration_n of_o the_o own_o life_n good_n and_o estate_n and_o the_o be_v spoil_v rob_v and_o deprive_v of_o all_o or_o the_o most_o of_o these_o by_o the_o arbitrary_a power_n and_o privilege_n of_o a_o few_o lord_n and_o commons_o it_o be_v no_o wonder_n to_o see_v they_o to_o offer_v themselves_o willing_o to_o defend_v and_o maintain_v the_o former_a rather_o than_o to_o endure_v &_o suffer_v the_o latter_a beside_o when_o the_o protestant_n in_o a_o kingdom_n be_v imbroyl_v in_o a_o civil_a war_n among_o themselves_o or_o with_o any_o factious_a and_o schismatical_a person_n it_o will_v not_o be_v wisdom_n in_o they_o to_o suffer_v the_o papist_n to_o sit_v quiet_a and_o still_o if_o they_o shall_v desire_v it_o lest_o when_o they_o have_v weaken_v each_o other_o the_o papist_n prove_v too_o strong_a for_o
