landlord_n and_o owner_n of_o the_o house_n where_o the_o person_n use_v such_o trade_n shall_v sell_v and_o utter_a wine_n by_o retail_n nor_o shall_v the_o same_o be_v assignable_a nor_o in_o any_o wise_a beneficial_a or_o extensive_a to_o indempnifie_v any_o person_n against_o the_o penalty_n of_o this_o present_a act_n except_o the_o first_o taker_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o it_o shall_v &_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o his_o majesty_n his_o heir_n &_o successor_n to_o constitute_v and_o appoint_v such_o and_o so_o many_o other_o officer_n and_o minister_n as_o a_o receiver_n register_n clerk_n controller_n messenger_n or_o the_o like_a for_o the_o better_a carry_v on_o of_o this_o service_n as_o he_o and_o they_o shall_v
