sovereign_n so_o stupid_a they_o be_v as_o not_o to_o know_v that_o he_o that_o be_v master_n of_o the_o militia_n be_v master_n of_o the_o kingdom_n and_o consequent_o be_v in_o possession_n of_o a_o most_o absolute_a sovereignty_n the_o king_n be_v now_o at_o windsor_n to_o avoid_v the_o tumult_n of_o the_o common_a people_n before_o the_o gate_n at_o whitehall_n together_o with_o the_o clamour_n and_o and_o affront_v there_o the_o nine_o of_o february_n after_o he_o come_v to_o hampton_n court_n and_o thence_o go_v to_o dover_n with_o the_o queen_n and_o the_o princess_n of_o orange_n his_o daughter_n where_o the_o queen_n with_o the_o princess_n of_o orange_n embark_v for_o holland_n but_o the_o king_n return_v to_o greenwich_n whence_o he_o send_v for_o the_o prince_n of_o wales_n a._n that_o when_o he_o shall_v know_v the_o extent_n of_o power_n which_o be_v intend_v to_o be_v establish_v in_o those_o person_n who_o they_o desire_v to_o be_v the_o commander_n of_o the_o militia_n in_o the_o several_a county_n and_o likewise_o to_o what_o time_n it_o shall_v be_v limit_v that_o no_o power_n shall_v be_v execute_v by_o his_o majesty_n alone_o without_o the_o advice_n catalogue_n of_o they_o they_o send_v it_o to_o the_o king_n with_o a_o new_a petition_n for_o the_o militia_n also_o present_o after_o they_o send_v a_o message_n to_o his_o majesty_n pray_v he_o to_o leave_v the_o prince_n at_o hampton_n court_n but_o the_o king_n grant_v neither_o b._n howsoever_o it_o be_v well_o do_v of_o they_o to_o get_v hostage_n if_o they_o can_v of_o the_o king_n before_o he_o go_v from_o they_o a._n in_o the_o mean_a time_n to_o raise_v money_n
which_o they_o omit_v nothing_o of_o their_o former_a slander_n against_o his_o majesty_n government_n but_o insert_v certain_a proposition_n declarative_a of_o their_o own_o pretend_a right_o viz._n i._o that_o whatsoever_o they_o declare_v to_o be_v law_n ought_v not_o to_o be_v question_v by_o the_o king_n ii_o that_o no_o precedent_n can_v be_v limit_n to_o bound_v their_o proceed_n iii_o that_o a_o parliament_n for_o the_o public_a good_a may_v dispose_v of_o any_o thing_n wherein_o the_o king_n or_o subject_a have_v a_o right_a and_o that_o they_o without_o the_o king_n be_v this_o government_n for_o grant_v that_o they_o obtain_v the_o victory_n in_o this_o war_n they_o must_v be_v behold_v for_o it_o to_o the_o valour_n good_a conduct_n or_o felicity_n of_o those_o to_o who_o they_o give_v the_o command_n of_o their_o army_n especial_o to_o the_o general_n who_o good_a success_n will_v without_o doubt_n bring_v with_o it_o the_o love_n and_o admiration_n of_o the_o soldier_n so_o that_o it_o will_v be_v in_o his_o power_n either_o to_o take_v the_o government_n upon_o himself_o or_o to_o place_v it_o where_o himself_o think_v good_a in_o which_o case_n if_o he_o
