parliament_n obtain_v without_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o say_a lady_n elizabeth_n and_o before_o her_o marriage_n bar_v the_o say_a lady_n elizabeth_n of_o about_o 100_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la during_o the_o life_n of_o the_o say_a duke_n for_o which_o his_o lordship_n will_v not_o account_v yet_o by_o his_o lordship_n own_o show_v his_o lordship_n be_v upon_o that_o single_a trust_n to_o yearly_a sum_n out_o of_o the_o grow_a rent_n of_o the_o say_a land_n comprise_v in_o the_o say_v fine_a as_o his_o lordship_n shall_v himself_o own_o to_o be_v due_a unto_o the_o say_a lady_n elizabeth_n leave_v the_o rest_n to_o such_o determination_n as_o hereafter_o offer_v and_o the_o say_v alexander_n and_o lady_n elizabeth_n to_o give_v discharge_v from_o time_n to_o time_n for_o so_o much_o as_o shall_v be_v so_o pay_v 3._o that_o as_o a_o foundation_n upon_o which_o to_o ground_v a_o full_a and_o final_a determination_n of_o all_o the_o say_v particular_a matter_n in_o difference_n the_o say_a earl_n do_v forthwith_o put_v in_o a_o full_a and_o sufficient_a answer_n to_o the_o present_a bill_n now_o exhibit_v by_o the_o say_v alexander_n and_o lady_n elizabeth_n and_o by_o her_o brother_n the_o honourable_a edward_n howard_n and_o bernard_n howard_n complainants_n against_o the_o say_a earl_n marshal_n and_o against_o the_o right_n honourable_a the_o lord_n
