be_v further_o declare_v that_o a_o acquittance_n or_o receipt_n sign_v with_o the_o sign_n manual_a of_o the_o say_a lord_n lieutenant_n or_o other_o chief_a governor_n or_o governor_n of_o ireland_n shall_v be_v for_o so_o much_o as_o be_v therein_o contain_v a_o sufficient_a discharge_n unto_o the_o say_a sir_n john_n percival_n his_o heir_n executor_n and_o administrator_n and_o every_o of_o they_o and_o for_o the_o more_o just_a regulation_n of_o proceed_n in_o this_o office_n the_o commissioner_n for_o execution_n of_o this_o act_n be_v hereby_o impower_v and_o require_v to_o administer_v a_o oath_n to_o the_o say_a sir_n john_n percival_n and_o all_o other_o who_o shall_v be_v employ_v in_o any_o ministerial_a office_n or_o employment_n relate_v to_o the_o service_n of_o or_o governor_n and_o council_n of_o ireland_n for_o the_o time_n be_v from_o time_n to_o time_n and_o at_o all_o time_n hereafter_o during_o the_o space_n of_o seven_o year_n to_o be_v account_v protestant_n the_o land_n by_o this_o act_n vest_v in_o his_o majesty_n and_o not_o appoint_v to_o be_v restore_v to_o innocent_a person_n and_o for_o the_o better_a regulation_n of_o city_n wall_a
