mean_n what_o town_n and_o village_n be_v at_o the_o time_n of_o such_o assembly_n infect_v within_o every_o their_o county_n and_o in_o what_o hundred_o or_o other_o division_n the_o say_a town_n and_o village_n be_v and_o how_o many_o of_o the_o same_o place_n so_o infect_v be_v corporate_a town_n market_n town_n and_o village_n and_o shall_v consider_v of_o what_o wealth_n the_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o same_o town_n and_o parish_n be_v to_o be_v able_a to_o relieve_v the_o poor_a that_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v infect_v and_o to_o be_v restrain_v in_o their_o house_n 3_o item_n thereupon_o after_o conference_n use_v according_a to_o the_o necessity_n of_o the_o cause_n they_o shall_v devise_v and_o make_v a_o general_a taxation_n either_o by_o charge_v the_o town_n infect_v with_o one_o sum_n in_o gross_a or_o by_o charge_v the_o special_a person_n of_o wealth_n within_o the_o same_o to_o be_v forthwith_o collect_v for_o the_o rate_n of_o one_o month_n at_o the_o first_o and_o so_o
