will_v not_o take_v any_o first-fruit_n of_o such_o benefice_n or_o live_v which_o be_v appropriate_v to_o the_o cure_n of_o soul_n that_o upon_o the_o examination_n and_o enquiry_n shall_v not_o be_v indifferent_o find_v and_o return_v at_o the_o full_a yearly_a value_n of_o fifty_o pound_n upon_o the_o survey_n 3._o that_o the_o bishop_n shall_v not_o be_v trouble_v with_o the_o charge_n country_n or_o care_n of_o collection_n of_o the_o first-fruit_n or_o ten_o within_o his_o diocese_n but_o be_v whole_o busy_v in_o the_o other_o spiritual_a affair_n of_o the_o church_n and_o cure_v of_o soul_n three_o proposal_n offer_v to_o the_o clergy_n 1._o that_o upon_o the_o nomination_n appointment_n election_n or_o presentation_n of_o any_o spiritual_a person_n into_o the_o say_a dignity_n benefice_n or_o promotion_n and_o before_o they_o enter_v into_o the_o actual_a possession_n thereof_o they_o shall_v be_v bind_v in_o a_o recognizance_n in_o the_o nature_n of_o a_o statute_n staple_n with_o two_o sufficient_a surety_n to_o pay_v the_o first-fruit_n according_a to_o the_o full_a value_n as_o shall_v be_v return_v upon_o a_o survey_n payable_a within_o four_o year_n after_o such_o nomination_n election_n presentation_n or_o entrance_n at_o eight_o several_a payment_n by_o equal_a portion_n every_o six_o month_n and_o that_o one_o year_n ten_o of_o every_o of_o confeâ—â—tious_a and_o distemper_a spirit_n the_o preach_a of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n have_v be_v unprofitable_a to_o the_o people_n that_o have_v take_v a_o prejudice_n against_o the_o ministry_n therefore_o a_o short_a bill_n shall_v be_v prepare_v by_o council_n and_o offer_v to_o the_o parliament_n that_o a_o act_n may_v be_v pass_v for_o the_o speedy_a recover_n of_o tithe_n which_o have_v be_v pay_v former_o and_o the_o title_n not_o in_o question_n and_o that_o the_o two_o next_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n adjacent_a to_o the_o place_n may_v have_v power_n upon_o complaint_n of_o any_o minister_n or_o other_o person_n to_o who_o the_o tithe_n do_v or_o shall_v belong_v to_o issue_v forth_o their_o warrant_n to_o distrain_v good_n and_o chattel_n of_o any_o
