which_o estate_n together_o with_o certain_a house_n in_o dublin_n be_v set_v out_o according_o and_o the_o relict_n and_o heir_n of_o sir_n simon_n harcourt_n thereof_o possess_v at_o the_o time_n the_o land_n enjoy_v by_o transplant_v person_n in_o the_o province_n of_o conaght_n or_o the_o county_n of_o clare_n and_o all_o other_o the_o land_n seize_v sequester_v or_o set_v out_o by_o reason_n of_o or_o upon_o account_n of_o the_o late_a rebellion_n or_o war_n the_o land_n of_o james_n duke_n of_o ormond_n elizabeth_n lady_n duchess_n of_o ormond_n the_o earl_n of_o burlington_n and_o cork_n the_o earl_n of_o roscommon_n and_o other_o the_o protestant_n of_o ireland_n heretofore_o sequester_v only_o except_v be_v subject_a and_o liable_a to_o such_o quitrent_n to_o be_v pay_v
