board_n to_o yield_v to_o this_o lease_n propound_v by_o percivall_n who_o allege_v they_o be_v let_v a_o lease_n of_o the_o premise_n to_o sandford_n much_o more_o advantageous_a to_o the_o petitioner_n upon_o which_o the_o king_n and_o council_n make_v a_o order_n that_o the_o business_n shall_v be_v whole_o remit_v to_o the_o earl_n of_o strafford_n to_o perfect_v that_o lease_n for_o that_o the_o lease_n propound_v by_o percivall_n may_v not_o be_v make_v good_a for_o he_o can_v have_v a_o much_o better_a bargain_n at_o the_o read_n of_o which_o his_o brother_n in_o law_n the_o lord_n brabason_n be_v one_o of_o the_o council_n desire_v see_v his_o brother_n must_v be_v force_v to_o let_n his_o estate_n to_o pay_v his_o debt_n that_o the_o king_n and_o counsel_n order_n may_v be_v fulfil_v and_o the_o best_a bargain_n accept_v of_o and_o for_o his_o own_o part_n he_o be_v willing_a to_o take_v the_o lease_n of_o 22_o year_n and_o give_v his_o brother_n chambre_n 5000_o l._n and_o 600_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la and_o half_a the_o profit_n of_o the_o wood_n whereas_o percivall_n will_v give_v but_o 4000_o l._n fine_a and_o 500_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la and_o the_o three_o penny_n profit_n of_o the_o wood_n so_o that_o here_o be_v above_o 10000_o l._n profit_v better_o than_o that_o of_o percivall_n for_o there_o be_v above_o 2000_o l._n per_fw-la
