the_o use_n of_o the_o say_a lord_n marshal_n and_o all_o the_o child_n of_o their_o father_n except_o their_o brother_n charles_n and_o to_o be_v as_o their_o share_n of_o their_o say_a grandmother_n have_v accept_v as_o his_o share_n of_o the_o say_v personal_a estate_n for_o this_o they_o have_v never_o as_o yet_o receive_v any_o satisfaction_n the_o answer_n of_o the_o earl_n marshal_n put_v in_o january_n the_o 9th_o 1676._o to_o a_o memorial_n deliver_v to_o his_o majesty_n by_o his_o brother_n mr._n edward_n and_o mr._n bernard_n howard_n touch_v their_o demand_n from_o his_o lordship_n answer_n to_o the_o same_o suggestion_n in_o their_o bill_n aforesaid_a he_o say_v that_o if_o a_o account_n can_v be_v easy_o state_v and_o they_o responsible_a and_o oblige_v to_o answer_v what_o shall_v be_v due_a thereupon_o it_o will_v prove_v many_o thousand_o of_o pound_n for_o his_o lordship_n advantage_n but_o his_o lordship_n for_o the_o reason_n aforesaid_a neither_o do_v or_o do_v think_v fit_a to_o put_v himself_o to_o the_o trouble_n thereof_o only_o to_o gratify_v they_o who_o have_v so_o ill_o deserve_v it_o and_o his_o lordship_n do_v aver_v that_o at_o the_o make_n of_o the_o say_a agreement_n he_o do_v give_v to_o they_o as_o he_o do_v to_o other_o his_o brother_n double_v the_o yearly_a value_n of_o what_o they_o can_v pretend_v to_o either_o by_o their_o father_n will_n or_o upon_o the_o trust_n of_o the_o fine_a sur_fw-fr concessit_fw-la which_o latter_a be_v but_o during_o the_o life_n of_o the_o duke_n the_o brother_n of_o the_o say_a earl_n he_o make_v the_o aforesaid_a provision_n absolute_o to_o they_o during_o their_o respective_a life_n to_o the_o end_n that_o after_o the_o death_n of_o the_o duke_n they_o may_v not_o want_v a_o subsistency_n and_o herewith_o they_o be_v so_o well_o satisfy_v that_o some_o time_n after_o the_o say_a agreement_n make_v and_o execute_v they_o give_v it_o under_o their_o respective_a hand_n be_v much_o oblige_v and_o advantage_v and_o grateful_o acknowledge_v the_o same_o contrary_a to_o all_o which_o they_o offer_v to_o swear_v in_o their_o memorial_n but_o now_o if_o his_o lordship_n will_v continue_v to_o they_o respective_o 200_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la which_o he_o sometime_o former_o out_o of_o bounty_n help_v they_o to_o they_o will_v be_v satisfy_v to_o waive_n the_o clamour_n scandal_n and_o proceed_n still_o renew_v in_o the_o court_n of_o judicature_n against_o he_o and_o obstruct_v the_o peace_n and_o quiet_a of_o his_o lordship_n and_o their_o family_n and_o
