may_v be_v put_v in_o due_a execution_n we_o conceive_v that_o these_o law_n will_v be_v execute_v with_o better_a success_n if_o we_o shall_v publish_v our_o resolution_n herein_o and_o by_o some_o fit_a caution_n prevent_v those_o evasion_n which_o have_v be_v heretofore_o practise_v for_o the_o delude_n of_o those_o law_n and_o propound_v reward_n to_o those_o who_o shall_v discover_v the_o offender_n have_v think_v fit_a by_o this_o our_o royal_a proclamation_n to_o declare_v and_o do_v hereby_o declare_v our_o will_n and_o pleasure_n concern_v the_o premise_n in_o manner_n follow_v first_o therefore_o we_o do_v hereby_o publish_v our_o full_a resolution_n to_o be_v and_o do_v hereby_o strait_o charge_v and_o command_v that_o those_o law_n concern_v the_o confine_n of_o popish_a recusant_n be_v from_o henceforth_o due_o observe_v and_o that_o the_o offender_n against_o the_o same_o shall_v incur_v and_o receive_v those_o penalty_n and_o punishment_n which_o their_o high_a contempt_n deserve_v and_o which_o by_o our_o law_n ought_v to_o be_v inflict_v upon_o they_o and_o further_o we_o do_v hereby_o strait_o charge_v and_o command_v all_o person_n whatsoever_o which_o by_o the_o say_a law_n have_v power_n to_o grant_v licence_n in_o case_n necessary_a to_o dispense_v with_o the_o confinement_n of_o popish_a recusant_n convict_v for_o a_o time_n that_o they_o take_v special_a care_n that_o they_o grant_v no_o licence_n but_o in_o such_o case_n where_o they_o shall_v find_v good_a probability_n of_o truth_n in_o the_o suggestion_n make_v for_o the_o obtain_n thereof_o and_o then_o but_o for_o such_o time_n only_o as_o in_o their_o judgement_n be_v convenient_a for_o the_o dispatch_n of_o those_o occasion_n and_o business_n which_o be_v suggest_v to_o move_v the_o grant_n of_o those_o licence_n and_o we_o do_v further_a strait_o charge_v and_o command_v that_o no_o popish_a recusant_n convict_v do_v presume_v to_o make_v any_o feign_a or_o untrue_a suggestion_n for_o the_o obtain_n of_o such_o licence_n or_o if_o he_o or_o she_o shall_v have_v cause_n to_o travail_v from_o the_o place_n of_o their_o confinement_n that_o they_o do_v not_o suggest_v their_o business_n to_o be_v of_o other_o nature_n then_o in_o truth_n they_o be_v or_o to_o require_v long_a time_n of_o dispatch_n than_o be_v requisite_a that_o so_o they_o may_v return_v again_o to_o their_o place_n of_o confinement_n without_o any_o unnecessary_a delay_n and_o that_o during_o the_o time_n permit_v unto_o they_o by_o their_o licence_n they_o take_v heed_n that_o they_o abuse_v not_o the_o liberty_n grant_v unto_o they_o for_o other_o purpose_n than_o be_v true_o intend_v unto_o they_o and_o if_o any_o shall_v adventure_v to_o offend_v herein_o we_o do_v hereby_o give_v they_o knowledge_n that_o they_o must_v expect_v that_o punishment_n which_o by_o our_o law_n or_o by_o our_o prerogative_n royal_a can_v just_o be_v inflict_v upon_o the_o offender_n for_o so_o high_a a_o contempt_n and_o last_o lest_o the_o hope_n of_o impunity_n may_v give_v encouragement_n to_o any_o to_o offend_v we_o do_v hereby_o promise_v which_o we_o will_v constant_o perform_v that_o whosoever_o shall_v discover_v any_o offence_n or_o offender_n against_o our_o say_a law_n or_o against_o this_o our_o royal_a proclamation_n unto_o our_o attorney_n general_n for_o the_o time_n be_v who_o we_o have_v command_v to_o take_v knowledge_n of_o all_o such_o information_n and_o to_o proceed_v against_o the_o offender_n according_a to_o the_o due_a course_n of_o our_o law_n that_o such_o person_n who_o shall_v make_v such_o discovery_n and_o prove_v the_o same_o whereby_o any_o offender_n may_v receive_v their_o deserve_a punishment_n shall_v be_v reward_v with_o
