believe_v you_o expect_v not_o a_o present_a and_o particular_a answer_n to_o your_o petition_n because_o it_o be_v new_a unto_o i_o only_o in_o general_n i_o must_v tell_v you_o that_o i_o see_v by_o it_o that_o i_o be_o not_o deceive_v in_o the_o confidence_n i_o have_v in_o the_o affection_n of_o this_o county_n to_o my_o person_n and_o state_n and_o i_o assure_v you_o that_o i_o will_v not_o within_o the_o memory_n of_o man_n people_n have_v be_v discourage_v and_o threaten_v to_o be_v punish_v for_o petition_n i_o observe_v that_o your_o petition_n be_v so_o modest_a that_o it_o do_v not_o mention_v any_o particular_a for_o your_o own_o good_a which_o indeed_o i_o expect_v as_o know_v that_o in_o some_o particular_n you_o have_v great_a reason_n to_o do_v and_o therefore_o that_o you_o may_v not_o fare_v the_o worse_a for_o your_o modesty_n i_o will_v put_v you_o in_o mind_n of_o three_o particular_n which_o i_o conceive_v to_o be_v for_o the_o good_a of_o this_o country_n the_o first_o be_v concern_v your_o train_a band_n to_o reduce_v they_o to_o a_o lesser_a number_n for_o which_o i_o confess_v to_o stand_v engage_v by_o promise_n to_o you_o which_o i_o have_v for_o the_o present_a i_o can_v repay_v it_o only_o i_o will_v say_v this_o that_o if_o all_o the_o water_n have_v go_v to_o the_o right_a mill_n upon_o my_o word_n you_o have_v be_v long_o ago_o rather_o shake_v in_o piece_n then_o dissolve_v now_o my_o desire_n be_v in_o compliance_n to_o what_o i_o answer_v the_o last_o year_n unto_o the_o several_a petition_n deliver_v to_o i_o upon_o this_o subject_n that_o you_o will_v consult_v and_o agree_v among_o yourselves_o in_o what_o manner_n you_o will_v have_v the_o court_n establish_v most_o to_o your_o own_o contentment_n and_o to_o
