strivil_v clackmannan_n kinross_n perth_n forfar_n kincardine_n aberdene_n bamff_n elgine_n nairn_n inverness_n ross_n cromerty_n sutherland_n and_o caithness_n the_o whole_a heretor_n liferenter_n and_o proper_a wodsetter_n within_o the_o particular_a paroch_n where_o such_o depredation_n sorning_n and_o robbery_n be_v commit_v and_o within_o the_o whole_a paroch_n adjacent_a to_o and_o march_v through_o any_o other_o land_n the_o paroch_n which_o be_v hereby_o liable_a shall_v have_v proportional_a relief_n from_o the_o heretor_n and_o tenant_n of_o these_o land_n through_o which_o they_o pass_v or_o re-pass_a as_o if_o the_o say_n land_n be_v within_o the_o say_n paroch_n where_o the_o damnage_n be_v sustain_v albeit_o the_o depredator_n do_v not_o rest_v upon_o these_o land_n unless_o the_o heretor_n tenant_n and_o inhabitant_n in_o these_o land_n through_o which_o the_o depredator_n pass_v both_o raise_v the_o hue_n and_o cry_n after_o they_o and_o rise_v in_o arm_n to_o
