the_o last_o session_n to_o the_o honourable_a house_n of_o commons_o pray_v to_o have_v a_o act_n of_o parliament_n pass_v to_o confirm_v the_o say_a trade_n to_o they_o exclusive_a to_o all_o other_o but_o the_o same_o be_v likewise_o evident_a by_o the_o several_a judgement_n at_o law_n give_v since_o the_o late_a happy_a revolution_n against_o the_o east_n india_n company_n and_o the_o african_a company_n notwithstanding_o their_o charter_n and_o may_v likewise_o appear_v by_o the_o message_n which_o the_o king_n himself_o late_o send_v the_o house_n by_o a_o honourable_a member_n of_o his_o privy_a council_n and_o beside_o that_o the_o company_n have_v no_o property_n in_o that_o trade_n exclusive_a to_o other_o there_o will_v arise_v many_o inconvenience_n by_o their_o enjoy_n it_o three_o year_n after_o warning_n although_o they_o have_v a_o property_n thereunto_o and_o the_o whole_a trade_n will_v be_v in_o danger_n to_o be_v lose_v to_o this_o nation_n of_o which_o his_o majesty_n have_v be_v please_v to_o take_v notice_n in_o his_o message_n to_o the_o house_n on_o this_o occasion_n as_o the_o reason_n why_o he_o do_v not_o give_v they_o notice_n it_o will_v be_v therefore_o unnecessary_a to_o mention_v the_o particular_n but_o the_o company_n must_v nevertheless_o remain_v a_o company_n and_o body_n politic_a three_o year_n for_o some_o purpose_n otherwise_o many_o mischievous_a consequence_n will_v ensue_v the_o prevention_n of_o which_o must_v have_v be_v what_o be_v intend_v by_o the_o proviso_n in_o their_o charter_n for_o 3_o year_n national_a and_o their_o successor_n be_v those_o which_o shall_v succeed_v they_o in_o that_o trade_n as_o a_o company_n and_o it_o be_v therefore_o altogether_o different_a from_o the_o property_n
