prove_v that_o their_o unjust_a and_o unwarrantable_a action_n have_v be_v such_o as_o have_v tend_v to_o the_o scandal_n of_o our_o religion_n to_o the_o dishonour_n of_o the_o crown_n and_o nation_n the_o reproach_n of_o our_o law_n the_o oppression_n of_o the_o people_n and_o the_o loss_n of_o the_o trade_n itself_o for_o some_o of_o which_o they_o and_o their_o agent_n have_v be_v just_o censure_v in_o parliament_n but_o to_o follow_v the_o respondent_o in_o their_o own_o method_n as_o to_o the_o petition_n relate_v to_o the_o charter_n now_o lie_v before_o your_o majesty_n the_o petitioner_n in_o all_o humility_n reply_n that_o the_o respondent_o have_v endeavour_v to_o evade_v the_o main_a scope_n thereof_o which_o be_v not_o as_o they_o insinuate_v only_a to_o suspend_v the_o pass_v of_o the_o charter_n but_o that_o the_o petitioner_n right_o to_o the_o freedom_n of_o that_o trade_n may_v be_v determine_v by_o a_o due_a course_n of_o law_n in_o order_n to_o which_o the_o petitioner_n offer_v to_o join_v in_o a_o speedy_a trial_n which_o will_v settle_v this_o matter_n and_o the_o respondent_o avoid_v it_o plain_o argue_v their_o own_o conviction_n that_o the_o dissolve_v they_o it_o be_v most_o evident_a that_o the_o parliament_n do_v intend_v that_o their_o failure_n of_o payment_n at_o the_o day_n shall_v determine_v their_o charter_n for_o that_o the_o time_n of_o payment_n be_v make_v peremptory_a and_o penal_a by_o the_o word_n and_o meaning_n of_o the_o say_a act_n and_o no_o averrment_n in_o any_o case_n aught_o to_o be_v receive_v out_o of_o to_o preserve_v this_o trade_n can_v not_o be_v perfect_v by_o his_o own_o authority_n alone_o without_o the_o concurrence_n of_o the_o parliament_n to_o make_v it_o complear_a and_o useful_a and_o accession_n to_o the_o crown_n which_o be_v a_o clear_a demonstration_n of_o the_o insufficiency_n of_o any_o charter_n to_o exclude_v the_o subject_n of_o england_n from_o foreign_a trade_n without_o a_o act_n of_o parliament_n and_o of_o this_o the_o east-india_n company_n be_v sufficient_o convince_v have_v petition_v this_o present_a house_n of_o commons_o for_o the_o like_a establishment_n whereby_o they_o themselves_o admit_v that_o the_o crown_n can_v not_o exclude_v from_o that_o trade_n without_o a_o act_n of_o parliament_n 2._o by_o the_o several_a judgement_n which_o have_v be_v
