presume_v few_o or_o none_o can_v be_v ignorant_a yet_o we_o meaning_n to_o give_v satisfaction_n to_o all_o do_v hereby_o publish_v and_o declare_v that_o such_o pursuit_n of_o rebel_n and_o traitor_n into_o other_o county_n be_v not_o only_o in_o such_o case_n lawful_a and_o justifiable_a but_o that_o if_o any_o of_o our_o subject_n be_v thereunto_o require_v by_o any_o of_o our_o sheriff_n shall_v not_o follow_v and_o assist_v they_o in_o such_o pursuit_n that_o they_o be_v to_o be_v severe_o and_o sharp_o punish_v for_o their_o high_a contempt_n and_o offence_n in_o that_o behalf_n but_o if_o in_o such_o pursuit_n the_o sheriff_n of_o the_o same_o county_n or_o shire_n whereunto_o such_o rebel_n or_o traitor_n shall_v fly_v or_o escape_v shall_v also_o come_v with_o the_o power_n of_o his_o county_n before_o such_o rebel_n or_o traitor_n be_v apprehend_v or_o suppress_v then_o the_o sheriff_n so_o pursue_v from_o any_o other_o county_n or_o shire_n shall_v assist_v and_o join_v with_o the_o sheriff_n in_o his_o proper_a county_n or_o shire_n for_o the_o apprehension_n or_o suppress_n of_o such_o rebel_n and_o traitor_n and_o it_o such_o rebel_n or_o traitor_n shall_v fly_v or_o escape_v into_o any_o house_n or_o other_o place_n of_o strength_n and_o defence_n and_o shall_v not_o yield_v themselves_o be_v thereunto_o require_v by_o the_o sheriff_n or_o any_o of_o his_o company_n that_o so_o shall_v pursue_v they_o but_o obstinate_o and_o wilful_o make_v resistance_n that_o then_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o every_o such_o sheriff_n so_o pursue_v with_o such_o power_n and_o strength_n as_o he_o shall_v collect_v or_o shall_v assist_v he_o to_o beat_v down_o burn_v or_o otherwise_o waste_v any_o such_o house_n or_o place_n of_o defence_n for_o the_o better_a apprehension_n or_o suppress_n of_o such_o rebel_n and_o traitor_n and_o albeit_o we_o desire_v that_o such_o industry_n and_o care_n may_v be_v take_v as_o that_o
