often_o the_o foot_n of_o his_o affection_n watch_v over_o the_o vice_n still_o stick_v in_o he_o which_o as_o a_o spring_n continual_o send_v out_o poison_n enough_o to_o drown_v and_o defile_v he_o if_o the_o sweet_a water_n of_o christ_n passion_n in_o god_n sight_n do_v not_o wash_v it_o and_o his_o blood_n satisfy_v the_o rigour_n of_o god_n justice_n due_a for_o the_o same_o this_o blood_n of_o christ_n shed_v for_o our_o sin_n be_v so_o dear_a in_o the_o sight_n of_o he_o that_o believe_v that_o he_o will_v abhor_v in_o his_o heart_n to_o stamp_v it_o and_o tread_v it_o under_o his_o foot_n he_o know_v now_o by_o his_o belief_n that_o it_o be_v too_o much_o that_o hitherto_o he_o have_v set_v too_o little_a by_o it_o and_o be_v ashamed_a thereof_o therefore_o for_o the_o residue_n knowledge_n and_o false_a teach_n i_o will_v to_o begin_v withal_o show_v what_o repentance_n be_v repentance_n be_v no_o english_a word_n but_o we_o borrow_v it_o of_o the_o latinist_n resipiscentia_fw-la to_o who_o it_o be_v a_o after_o think_v in_o english_a in_o greek_a a_o be_v wise_a afterwards_o in_o hebrew_n {non-roman}_o a_o conversion_n or_o turn_n the_o which_o their_o sin_n for_o this_o word_n just_a and_o full_a be_v one_o of_o the_o difference_n between_o contrition_n and_o attrition_n confession_n they_o call_v a_o number_n of_o all_o their_o sin_n in_o the_o ear_n of_o their_o ghostly_a father_n for_o as_o say_v they_o a_o judge_n can_v absolve_v without_o knowledge_n of_o the_o cause_n or_o matter_n so_o can_v the_o priest_n or_o ghostly_a father_n
