hear_v hereof_o thou_o will_v please_v to_o make_v it_o effectual_a unto_o we_o for_o the_o glorify_v of_o thy_o name_n for_o the_o edify_n of_o ourselves_o in_o faith_n for_o the_o humble_v of_o our_o soul_n by_o repentance_n for_o the_o reform_n of_o our_o life_n from_o all_o ungodliness_n and_o so_o final_o for_o the_o turn_n away_o of_o this_o thy_o fearful_a plague_n and_o punishment_n and_o for_o the_o purchase_n of_o thy_o wont_a favour_n and_o blessing_n onto_z we_o and_o that_o for_o jesus_n christ_n sake_n our_o only_a mediator_n and_o advocate_n to_o who_o with_o thou_o and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n three_o person_n one_o true_a everliving_a and_o everlasting_a god_n be_v render_v all_o praise_n power_n dominion_n and_o thanksgiving_n both_o now_o and_o for_o ever_o amen_n
