remedy_v by_o a_o body_n of_o this_o nature_n now_o by_o this_o which_o we_o call_v a_o body_n of_o divinity_n be_v mean_v a_o full_a collection_n and_o a_o orderly_a disposition_n of_o all_o divine_a to_o follow_v be_v to_o be_v deliver_v as_o the_o product_n of_o these_o foregoing_a truth_n but_o only_o as_o matter_n subsequent_a unto_o the_o same_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o order_n of_o thing_n to_o be_v teach_v these_o praecognita_fw-la be_v praesupponenda_n but_o not_o principia_fw-la because_o i_o take_v a_o principle_n of_o godliness_n to_o be_v such_o a_o truth_n from_o which_o a_o conclusion_n of_o divine_a faith_n and_o love_n may_v flow_v but_o that_o can_v flow_v from_o any_o truth_n which_o be_v entertain_v upon_o mere_a natural_a ground_n as_o i_o suppose_v without_o spiritual_a revelation_n and_o illumination_n for_o divine_a faith_n as_o it_o be_v the_o gift_n of_o god_n and_o not_o the_o product_n of_o humane_a reason_v so_o it_o must_v needs_o have_v a_o high_a principle_n than_o these_o precognition_n namely_o some_o truth_n as_o reveal_v immediate_o by_o god_n unto_o the_o conscience_n to_o convince_v it_o that_o he_o do_v offer_v himself_o unto_o it_o to_o be_v a_o saviour_n and_o this_o be_v the_o reason_n why_o i_o will_v have_v the_o precognition_n and_o the_o principle_n of_o godliness_n distinguish_v namely_o because_o they_o be_v truth_n god_n or_o profitable_o for_o our_o own_o salvation_n but_o that_o which_o be_v do_v in_o order_n to_o the_o tenor_n thereof_o whence_o follow_v also_o that_o all_o our_o knowledge_n be_v not_o otherwise_o useful_a nor_o to_o be_v seek_v after_o upon_o any_o other_o ground_n but_o as_o it_o lead_v to_o the_o observation_n of_o the_o covenant_n nor_o to_o be_v entertain_v for_o any_o other_o aim_n but_o as_o it_o be_v subordinate_a unto_o the_o tenor_n thereof_o for_o as_o no_o man_n ever_o be_v be_v or_o can_v be_v save_v but_o he_o that_o be_v faithful_a in_o the_o covenant_n of_o they_o keep_v always_o the_o covenant_n in_o their_o eye_n as_o mariner_n do_v the_o north_n point_n of_o the_o compass_n to_o steer_v their_o course_n by_o it_o in_o all_o their_o meditation_n for_o it_o be_v main_o for_o want_v of_o this_o directory_n that_o both_o in_o our_o notion_n and_o action_n concern_v religion_n we_o run_v such_o wild_a course_n nor_o be_v it_o possible_a as_o i_o together_o as_o brethren_n in_o one_o spirit_n ought_v to_o do_v without_o the_o same_o sense_n of_o the_o covenant_n by_o which_o they_o may_v be_v make_v to_o perceive_v the_o term_n upon_o which_o god_n do_v unite_v all_o those_o that_o be_v his_o child_n unto_o himself_o and_o upon_o which_o every_o one_o that_o be_v in_o covenant_n with_o god_n be_v bind_v in_o conscience_n through_o love_n unto_o god_n to_o maintain_v the_o unity_n of_o the_o spirit_n in_o the_o bond_n of_o peace_n with_o those_o that_o be_v his_o child_n who_o all_o alike_o and_o by_o the_o same_o very_a way_n be_v in_o covenant_n with_o he_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o covenant_n then_o be_v the_o fundamental_a principle_n whereunto_o all_o other_o truth_n be_v to_o be_v reduce_v that_o they_o may_v be_v receive_v unto_o the_o end_n for_o which_o they_o be_v reveal_v we_o shall_v endeavour_v to_o show_v what_o the_o doctrine_n of_o divine_a faith_n be_v which_o be_v subordinate_a thereunto_o and_o which_o by_o virtue_n of_o that_o subordination_n be_v able_a to_o beget_v love_n towards_o god_n in_o a_o believe_a soul_n for_o no_o doctrine_n of_o faith_n do_v otherwise_o oblige_v any_o man_n
