if_o he_o be_v sick_a a_o while_n lose_v his_o health_n and_o not_o able_a for_o five_o or_o six_o week_n to_o look_v into_o his_o shop_n if_o then_o he_o can_v get_v down_o but_o one_o day_n o_o the_o law_n of_o love_n between_o christ_n and_o you_o thus_o i_o say_v if_o you_o will_v be_v humble_v and_o not_o discourage_v rather_o mourn_v over_o your_o condition_n in_o order_n to_o your_o humiliation_n keep_v within_o his_o own_o compass_n and_o element_n he_o may_v walk_v comfortable_o there_o but_o if_o a_o man_n in_o humiliation_n will_v soar_v up_o unto_o god_n prerogative_n certain_o his_o soul_n will_v fall_v down_o upon_o the_o earth_n and_o be_v much_o discourage_v now_o i_o pray_v what_o be_v more_o the_o prerogative_n and_o peculiar_a of_o god_n than_o this_o to_o consider_v the_o lord_n as_o gracious_a in_o himself_o as_o good_a in_o himself_o and_o love_v in_o himself_o and_o say_v i_o have_v thus_o and_o thus_o sin_v against_o a_o gracious_a god_n and_o although_o thou_o have_v not_o assurance_n of_o god_n love_n to_o thou_o in_o particular_a yet_o if_o you_o can_v present_v god_n to_o your_o soul_n under_o the_o notion_n of_o his_o general_a it_o come_v from_o god_n love_n to_o we_o for_o our_o love_n be_v but_o a_o reflection_n of_o god_n love_n and_o it_o do_v flow_v from_o he_o and_o if_o i_o can_v say_v i_o love_v god_n never_o the_o worse_a for_o this_o affliction_n than_o i_o may_v say_v god_n love_v i_o never_o the_o lesser_a notwithstanding_o this_o affliction_n three_o if_o a_o affliction_n teach_v the_o mind_n of_o god_n in_o due_a time_n for_o if_o i_o have_v not_o meet_v with_o such_o a_o affliction_n at_o such_o a_o time_n i_o do_v not_o know_v what_o evil_a i_o shall_v have_v fall_v into_o and_o this_o i_o must_v needs_o say_v i_o have_v have_v more_o of_o god_n presence_n in_o my_o affliction_n than_o ever_o i_o have_v before_o well_o then_o be_v of_o good_a comfort_n though_o your_o affliction_n be_v very_o grievous_a yet_o it_o do_v come_v from_o love_n and_o thus_o it_o be_v with_o all_o the_o saint_n and_o people_n of_o god_n and_o therefore_o why_o shall_v they_o be_v discourage_v whatever_o their_o affliction_n be_v object_n 8_o but_o though_o a_o christian_a have_v no_o reason_n to_o be_v discourage_v in_o regard_n of_o his_o own_o private_a affliction_n yet_o have_v he_o not_o reason_n to_o and_o o_o that_o we_o can_v weep_v day_n and_o night_n and_o pray_v too_o for_o this_o poor_a bleed_a nation_n if_o ever_o god_n people_n here_o in_o england_n have_v cause_n to_o be_v afflict_v trouble_a and_o humble_v under_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o to_o run_v together_o in_o prayer_n sure_o they_o have_v reason_n now_o yet_o say_v the_o scripture_n say_v to_o the_o righteous_a in_o evil_a time_n it_o shall_v go_v well_o with_o he_o do_v ever_o any_o calamity_n come_v down_o like_o a_o storm_n upon_o a_o kingdom_n but_o god_n do_v provide_v some_o hide_v for_o his_o own_o and_o worse_o deceive_v and_o be_v deceive_v and_o deceitful_a worker_n 2._o cor._n 11.13.6_o for_o such_o be_v false_a apostle_n deceitful_a worker_n now_o a_o man_n love_v not_o to_o be_v deceive_v in_o any_o thing_n no_o not_o in_o a_o small_a matter_n if_o i_o have_v spend_v or_o give_v away_o much_o more_o it_o will_v never_o have_v grieve_v i_o you_o say_v but_o i_o can_v endure_v to_o be_v therefore_o 1_o tim._n 4.1_o the_o apostle_n have_v say_v that_o in_o the_o latter_a time_n some_o shall_v depart_v from_o the_o faith_n give_v heed_n to_o seduce_a spirit_n and_o speak_v of_o the_o doctrine_n of_o those_o seducer_n in_o the_o follow_a verse_n he_o say_v ver_fw-la 7._o but_o refuse_v thou_o profane_a and_o old_a wife_n fable_n for_o such_o in_o the_o eye_n of_o god_n be_v the_o doctrine_n of_o these_o seducer_n second_o there_o be_v jewish_a fable_n also_o whereof_o the_o talmud_n be_v now_o full_a and_o such_o be_v all_o those_o doctrine_n &_o commandment_n of_o man_n which_o be_v beside_o the_o scripture_n the_o doctrine_n of_o false_a teacher_n and_o therefore_o say_v the_o apostle_n 1_o tit._n 14._o have_v speak_v of_o seducer_n in_o the_o former_a verse_n who_o mouth_n must_v be_v stop_v not_o give_v heed_n to_o jewish_a fable_n and_o commandment_n of_o man_n three_o there_o be_v also_o the_o fable_n of_o heathen_a poet_n the_o figment_n &_o device_n of_o man_n own_o brain_n and_o such_o be_v the_o doctrine_n and_o speculation_n of_o all_o false_a teacher_n and_o therefore_o say_v the_o apostle_n 2._o pet._n 1.16_o we_o have_v not_o follow_v cunning_a and_o devise_v fable_n but_o we_o have_v a_o more_o sure_a word_n of_o prophecy_n at_o verse_n 19_o so_o that_o look_v what_o even_o doctrine_n be_v not_o according_a to_o the_o scripture_n be_v but_o a_o fable_n in_o the_o eye_n of_o god_n now_o be_v it_o not_o a_o evil_a thing_n to_o lose_v my_o faith_n for_o a_o fable_n such_o fable_n do_v these_o false_a teacher_n bring_v they_o steal_v away_o your_o faith_n and_o lay_v a_o fable_n in_o the_o room_n thereof_o yea_o they_o will_v and_o do_v beguile_v man_n of_o their_o reward_n â—hey_n beguile_v they_o of_o their_o faith_n they_o beguile_v they_o of_o their_o soul_n and_o they_o beguile_v they_o of_o their_o reward_n therefore_o say_v the_o apostle_n paul_n let_v no_o man_n beguile_v you_o of_o your_o reward_n col._n 2.18_o yea_o they_o
