the_o magistrate_n than_o any_o private_a christian_n howsoever_o superior_a in_o spiritual_a grace_n the_o reason_n be_v first_o because_o the_o outward_a hereof_o call_v of_o the_o magistrate_n and_o such_o gift_n as_o may_v concern_v the_o same_o be_v that_o which_o the_o lord_n in_o wisdom_n have_v set_v over_o not_o only_o the_o person_n of_o private_a man_n but_o even_o their_o best_a his_o child_n and_o so_o of_o his_o goodness_n herein_o to_o his_o saint_n in_o correct_v they_o here_o that_o they_o may_v not_o be_v condemn_v hereafter_o and_o so_o of_o his_o special_a do_v condemn_v ourselves_o for_o the_o same_o herein_o be_v our_o comfort_n that_o our_o god_n will_v not_o impute_v unto_o we_o what_o have_v fall_v out_o in_o this_o case_n and_o so_o we_o may_v also_o conclude_v of_o the_o time_n of_o tentation_n that_o whatsoever_o distemper_n fall_v out_o in_o this_o case_n as_o they_o be_v merciful_o bound_v within_o the_o general_a condition_n that_o nothing_o have_v befall_v we_o herein_o but_o what_o be_v incident_a to_o man_n so_o their_o disorder_n shall_v not_o be_v impute_v to_o we_o but_o to_o the_o 13._o malice_n of_o satan_n and_o the_o and_o deceive_v soul_n in_o their_o damnable_a error_n and_o so_o to_o draw_v such_o like_a novice_n to_o their_o lure_n that_o if_o it_o please_v god_n to_o afford_v light_n unto_o any_o whereby_o they_o have_v some_o inkling_n of_o their_o deceit_n and_o so_o have_v some_o inward_a motion_n or_o affection_n to_o renounce_v the_o same_o and_o embrace_v the_o truth_n they_o present_o suggest_v unto_o they_o that_o this_o be_v a_o dangerous_a tentation_n and_o devilish_a illusion_n that_o so_o they_o may_v hereby_o deter_v they_o from_o embrace_v the_o same_o and_o so_o detain_v they_o in_o their_o egyptian_a bondage_n this_o trial_n of_o affection_n will_v prove_v a_o excellent_a mean_n to_o resolve_v they_o herein_o for_o as_o by_o those_o rule_n former_o lay_v down_o to_o discern_v the_o affection_n from_o the_o tentation_n they_o may_v easy_o discern_v the_o truth_n of_o affection_n from_o the_o power_n of_o delusion_n so_o especial_o in_o that_o save_a knowledge_n be_v lay_v down_o both_o to_o be_v the_o ground_n and_o bound_n of_o all_o holy_a affection_n hereby_o they_o shall_v be_v sure_a to_o discern_v the_o efficacy_n of_o delusion_n from_o a_o upright_o affection_n and_o so_o also_o by_o a_o wise_a observation_n of_o these_o difference_n may_v the_o weak_a christian_a be_v preserve_v gracious_o from_o apostasy_n as_o hereby_o know_v what_o he_o hold_v and_o so_o
