thy_o holy_a congregation_n he_o may_v be_v inheritor_n of_o thy_o everlasting_a kingdom_n through_o jesus_n christ_n our_o lord_n a_o exhortation_n to_o the_o parent_n godfather_n or_o surety_n for_o to_o his_o soul_n health_n and_o that_o these_o child_n may_v be_v virtuous_o bring_v up_o to_o lead_v a_o godly_a and_o christian_a life_n remember_v always_o that_o baptism_n do_v represent_v unto_o we_o our_o profession_n which_o be_v to_o follow_v the_o example_n of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n and_o to_o be_v make_v like_o unto_o he_o that_o as_o he_o die_v and_o rise_v again_o for_o we_o so_o shall_v we_o which_o be_v baptize_v die_v from_o sin_n and_o rise_v again_o unto_o righteousness_n continual_o mortify_v all_o our_o evil_a and_o corrupt_a affection_n and_o daily_o proceed_v in_o all_o virtue_n and_o godliness_n of_o live_v the_o grace_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n and_o the_o love_n of_o god_n and_o the_o fellowship_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n be_v with_o we_o all_o everrmore_o amen_n now_o in_o case_n of_o necessity_n as_o when_o the_o child_n be_v in_o danger_n of_o death_n the_o lawful_a minister_n may_v brief_o call_v upon_o god_n for_o his_o grace_n and_o the_o child_n be_v name_v by_o some_o one_o that_o be_v present_a may_v only_o cast_a water_n upon_o the_o child_n and_o use_v the_o form_n of_o word_n in_o baptism_n say_v n._n i_o baptise_v thou_o a_o adulterer_n or_o be_v in_o malice_n or_o envy_n or_o in_o any_o other_o grievous_a crime_n bewail_v your_o sin_n and_o come_v not_o to_o this_o holy_a table_n lest_o the_o devil_n enter_v into_o
