distinguish_v of_o love_n as_o it_o be_v consider_v by_o itself_o and_o as_o it_o be_v a_o essential_a part_n of_o this_o acceptance_n love_n respect_v its_o object_n mere_o as_o good_a in_o itself_o and_o to_o the_o lover_n but_o consent_n and_o acceptance_n have_v several_a other_o respect_n as_o be_v express_v and_o yet_o there_o may_v be_v love_n in_o all_o such_o acceptance_n though_o not_o in_o its_o strict_a natural_a quiddity_n may_v essential_o be_v a_o affectionate_a acceptance_n for_o all_o that_o if_o any_o think_v fit_a to_o make_v a_o wide_a difference_n between_o the_o nature_n of_o faith_n and_o love_n to_o christ_n i_o will_v not_o contend_v for_o the_o matter_n be_v not_o great_a that_o both_o be_v necessary_a to_o justification_n be_v doubtless_o and_o that_o they_o be_v the_o most_o apparent_a violation_n of_o the_o bond_n of_o our_o covenant_n and_o most_o contradictory_n to_o the_o nature_n and_o essence_n of_o justify_v faith_n except_o only_o the_o actual_a the_o son_n of_o god_n he_o that_o shall_v come_v into_o the_o world_n etc._n etc._n to_o which_o i_o answer_v 1._o this_o prove_v only_a that_o this_o knowledge_n or_o assent_n be_v part_n of_o faith_n but_o not_o that_o it_o be_v the_o whole_a 2._o it_o be_v the_o use_n of_o scripture_n to_o drive_v at_o that_o duty_n which_o be_v most_o unknown_a neglect_a or_o resist_v and_o to_o speak_v little_a of_o other_o where_o there_o be_v then_o less_o need_n to_o speak_v though_o perhaps_o the_o duty_n be_v in_o itself_o more_o weighty_a therefore_o christ_n and_o the_o apostle_n do_v spend_v of_o this_o deceive_v and_o trouble_v multitude_n some_o think_v it_o lie_v in_o assurance_n some_o in_o a_o quiet_v their_o heart_n in_o confidence_n on_o christ_n some_o think_v as_o m._n
