apprehend_v but_o this_o one_o thing_n forget_v those_o thing_n which_o be_v behind_o and_o reach_v forth_o to_o those_o thing_n which_o be_v before_o i_o press_v towards_o the_o mark_n mark_v it_o be_v a_o similitude_n take_v from_o those_o that_o run_v in_o a_o race_n say_v he_o i_o do_v as_o those_o that_o run_v in_o a_o race_n they_o stretch_v out_o their_o body_n towards_o the_o price_n so_o do_v i_o and_o say_v he_o as_o it_o be_v with_o those_o that_o run_v in_o a_o race_n they_o do_v not_o go_v backward_o for_o to_o measure_v the_o ground_n that_o they_o have_v go_v over_o but_o all_o those_o superfluity_n that_o grow_v out_o of_o your_o heart_n and_o give_v up_o yourselves_o whole_o to_o the_o word_n of_o the_o lord_n in_o this_o world_n if_o you_o will_v have_v a_o tree_n obey_v he_o and_o the_o more_o abundant_a you_o will_v be_v in_o the_o work_n of_o the_o lord_n therefore_o as_o you_o desire_v to_o grow_v study_v the_o free_a love_n of_o god_n in_o jesus_n christ_n 4._o and_o gâ—â—â—th_v in_o regard_n of_o spiritualness_n a_o man_n grow_v these_o four_o way_n spiritual_o sometime_o his_o affection_n grow_v more_o intense_a hot_a then_o it_o be_v before_o sometime_o a_o man_n growth_n be_v in_o regard_n of_o extension_n his_o affection_n of_o love_n or_o joy_n extend_v to_o other_o object_n then_o before_o so_o in_o hosea_n our_o growth_n be_v describe_v to_o be_v a_o spread_a of_o the_o branch_n and_o sometime_o a_o man_n grow_v when_o he_o be_v more_o firm_a and_o root_v in_o the_o way_n of_o god_n and_o so_o our_o spiritual_a growth_n and_o yet_o possible_o not_o so_o intense_a in_o regard_n of_o some_o affection_n as_o it_o be_v at_o the_o first_o now_o a_o fountain_n or_o spring_n that_o have_v but_o one_o stream_n and_o afterward_o that_o one_o stream_n be_v divide_v in_o many_o stream_n if_o a_o unskilful_a man_n look_v upon_o it_o he_o say_v how_o come_v this_o to_o pass_v that_o this_o fountain_n be_v dry_v up_o here_o be_v a_o full_a stream_n before_o and_o now_o there_o be_v not_o but_o now_o say_v a_o skilful_a man_n that_o stand_v by_o he_o now_o there_o be_v many_o stream_n and_o so_o there_o be_v rather_o the_o more_o water_n now_o it_o be_v divide_v into_o more_o stream_n and_o so_o it_o be_v in_o regard_n of_o grace_n at_o the_o first_o a_o man_n grace_n do_v run_v out_o much_o in_o one_o channel_n afterward_o it_o be_v divide_v into_o more_o stream_n and_o it_o spreadâ—_n more_o yet_o notwithstanding_o those_o that_o be_v wâ—â—k_a because_o they_o do_v not_o find_v so_o full_a a_o stream_n in_o the_o same_o channel_n as_o before_o though_o there_o be_v many_o stream_n now_o that_o there_o be_v not_o before_o they_o question_v all_o and_o they_o say_v they_o be_v abate_v and_o time_n of_o your_o temptation_n then_o heretofore_o sure_o you_o be_v grow_v in_o grace_n if_o you_o do_v find_v again_o a_o great_a sweetness_n in_o the_o way_n of_o god_n than_o you_o have_v find_v heretofore_o certain_o you_o be_v grow_v when_o we_o come_v and_o look_v upon_o a_o flower_n we_o look_v at_o the_o colour_n of_o the_o flower_n and_o the_o smell_n of_o the_o flower_n but_o the_o bee_n do_v not_o regard_v the_o colour_n of_o the_o flower_n or_o the_o smell_n of_o the_o flower_n but_o the_o bee_n regard_v the_o sweetness_n of_o the_o flower_n so_o at_o our_o first_o come_v into_o the_o way_n of_o god_n than_o we_o look_v at_o the_o colour_n and_o how_o they_o appear_v but_o afterward_o the_o more_o grace_n you_o have_v the_o more_o sweetness_n you_o find_v and_o if_o you_o find_v more_o sweetness_n certain_o you_o be_v grow_v more_o again_o if_o that_o you_o be_v more_o able_a to_o turn_v from_o the_o exercise_n of_o one_o grace_n to_o another_o and_o of_o one_o duty_n unto_o another_o than_o you_o be_v this_o argue_v you_o be_v grow_v if_o you_o be_v able_a to_o mingle_v grace_n together_o a_o weak_a christian_a be_v all_o for_o one_o work_n humiliation_n for_o sin_n commit_v and_o it_o be_v true_a we_o ought_v to_o be_v much_o humble_v i_o say_v a_o weak_a christian_a be_v all_o for_o one_o work_n but_o the_o strong_a you_o grow_v the_o more_o you_o man_n may_v sing_v one_o tune_n but_o the_o more_o a_o man_n grow_v in_o skill_n the_o more_o he_o will_v be_v able_a ready_o to_o turn_v from_o one_o tune_n to_o another_o so_o in_o grace_n a_o man_n may_v be_v able_a to_o mingle_v grace_n more_o and_o therefore_o our_o growth_n be_v so_o describe_v as_o you_o shall_v hear_v by_o and_o by_o in_o that_o of_o peter_n add_v unto_o your_o faith_n virtue_n and_o to_o virtue_n knowledge_n etc._n etc._n again_o if_o you_o be_v able_a to_o go_v on_o in_o the_o way_n of_o god_n more_o without_o whip_n or_o rod_n or_o without_o spur_n it_o argue_v lord_n and_o now_o lord_n behold_v their_o threaten_n and_o what_o then_o now_o grant_v that_o with_o all_o boldness_n let_v we_o beg_v grace_n to_o do_v our_o duty_n they_o beg_v not_o for_o safety_n of_o the_o gash_n of_o a_o sword_n it_o be_v life_n that_o make_v one_o sensible_a never_o think_v to_o be_v sensible_a and_o to_o be_v dead_a therefore_o go_v to_o god_n for_o spiritual_a life_n 2._o strengthen_v your_o faith_n for_o although_o sense_n be_v a_o enemy_n to_o faith_n faith_n be_v a_o friend_n to_o sense_n especial_o sense_n of_o sin_n and_o sense_n of_o the_o church_n misery_n the_o more_o you_o look_v upon_o the_o fullness_n and_o the_o freeness_n and_o the_o certainty_n of_o the_o promise_n of_o deliverance_n the_o more_o your_o faith_n will_v be_v strengthen_v now_o this_o promise_n of_o deliverance_n here_o be_v full_a be_v free_a it_o be_v large_a it_o be_v repeat_v again_o and_o again_o in_o the_o four_o of_o micah_n you_o have_v the_o same_o promise_n and_o it_o be_v there_o repeat_v again_o and_o again_o why_o then_o shall_v you_o not_o say_v thus_o well_o through_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n though_o i_o be_v sensible_a of_o the_o reproach_n of_o the_o solemn_a assembly_n yet_o i_o will_v believe_v for_o deliverance_n and_o though_o i_o do_v believe_v for_o deliverance_n yet_o i_o will_v be_v sensible_a through_o grace_n of_o the_o reproach_n of_o
