good_a reason_n for_o although_o this_o way_n of_o interpretation_n be_v not_o suitable_a to_o the_o subject_n whereof_o they_o be_v first_o speak_v so_o it_o be_v that_o such_o as_o be_v the_o condition_n of_o the_o jew_n which_o live_v under_o the_o old_a covenant_n with_o respect_n to_o we_o such_o well_o nigh_o be_v our_o condition_n now_o with_o respect_n to_o what_o it_o will_v be_v when_o god_n shall_v have_v assemble_v we_o altogether_o in_o the_o heaven_n and_o as_o in_o this_o comparison_n of_o the_o jew_n with_o we_o they_o be_v compare_v to_o child_n with_o respect_n to_o the_o measure_n and_o degree_n of_o their_o knowledge_n and_o we_o in_o the_o scripture_n be_v esteem_v as_o perfect_a man_n so_o the_o apostle_n in_o compare_v himself_o with_o himself_o make_v a_o different_a judgement_n thereon_o for_o he_o say_v that_o now_o he_o be_v as_o a_o child_n that_o he_o know_v as_o a_o child_n and_o speak_v as_o a_o child_n but_o when_o that_o which_o be_v perfect_a shall_v come_v and_o we_o expect_v it_o not_o absolute_o but_o in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n then_o that_o which_o be_v in_o part_n shall_v be_v do_v away_o and_o he_o shall_v know_v as_o he_o fault_n that_o other_o have_v former_o commit_v in_o such_o matter_n may_v be_v helpful_a to_o hinder_v we_o from_o fall_v into_o error_n of_o like_a nature_n in_o the_o subject_n whereof_o we_o be_v discourse_v for_o that_o which_o make_v they_o to_o stumble_v be_v that_o they_o follow_v the_o inclination_n of_o the_o flesh_n in_o the_o interpretation_n of_o prophecy_n and_o whereas_o they_o ought_v to_o have_v place_v the_o sovereign_a perfection_n of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o the_o messiah_n in_o the_o clear_a knowledge_n of_o the_o nature_n of_o god_n and_o the_o mean_n of_o their_o salvation_n and_o in_o true_a and_o spiritual_a sanctity_n which_o this_o clear_a knowledge_n be_v to_o produce_v they_o dream_v of_o worldly_a grandeur_n and_o dominion_n and_o of_o the_o triumph_n of_o conqueror_n therefore_o if_o now_o we_o do_v separate_v our_o thought_n from_o all_o earthly_a and_o carnal_a imagination_n and_o follow_v the_o step_n of_o our_o lord_n and_o his_o apostle_n we_o place_v the_o principal_a part_n of_o this_o kingdom_n in_o knowledge_n and_o sanctity_n we_o shall_v escape_v the_o precipice_n on_o which_o these_o person_n have_v fall_v and_o if_o it_o of_o its_o perfection_n as_o long_o as_o man_n remain_v deprive_v of_o the_o other_o half_a of_o his_o essence_n for_o the_o believer_n of_o who_o happiness_n we_o be_v now_o discourse_v may_v be_v consider_v after_o three_o manner_n first_o in_o himself_o then_o as_o the_o world_n have_v some_o relation_n to_o and_o connexion_n with_o he_o and_o last_o as_o he_o have_v some_o relation_n to_o the_o church_n as_o a_o member_n have_v relation_n to_o his_o body_n now_o to_o consider_v he_o in_o himself_o see_v he_o be_v compose_v of_o a_o soul_n and_o a_o body_n to_o whatsoever_o perfection_n the_o soul_n be_v advance_v so_o it_o be_v that_o whilst_o the_o body_n remain_v under_o the_o power_n of_o death_n its_o happiness_n be_v not_o complete_a to_o consider_v it_o in_o the_o relation_n that_o it_o and_o the_o world_n have_v between_o each_o other_o forasmuch_o as_o the_o world_n be_v make_v foreman_n and_o have_v be_v make_v subject_a to_o vanity_n by_o reason_n of_o he_o when_o in_o the_o heaven_n have_v sufficient_a knowledge_n of_o all_o these_o relation_n it_o be_v impossible_a that_o it_o shall_v not_o desire_v the_o resurrection_n of_o its_o body_n to_o the_o end_n that_o it_o may_v be_v unite_v with_o it_o and_o the_o deliverance_n of_o the_o world_n out_o of_o its_o misery_n and_o vanity_n so_o that_o it_o may_v no_o long_o be_v subject_a to_o corruption_n for_o its_o sake_n and_o the_o glorification_n of_o the_o church_n in_o a_o perfect_a felicity_n so_o that_o the_o state_n of_o that_o wherewith_o it_o have_v such_o inviolable_a tie_n may_v not_o divide_v its_o thought_n betwixt_o grief_n and_o and_o joy_n now_o he_o be_v not_o happy_a perfect_o that_o do_v desire_v and_o have_v yet_o reason_n and_o subject_a to_o desire_v something_o it_o be_v very_o true_a the_o desire_n of_o the_o soul_n in_o all_o these_o regard_n be_v without_o inquietude_n and_o anxiety_n for_o these_o passion_n be_v generate_v either_o from_o the_o impatience_n fiber_n there-of_a in_o the_o soul_n that_o be_v on_o high_a they_o be_v endue_v with_o all_o sort_n of_o virtue_n principal_o they_o be_v all_o swallow_v up_o in_o a_o profound_a respect_n to_o the_o providence_n of_o god_n and_o as_o to_o the_o assurance_n of_o their_o hope_n they_o be_v more_o than_o most_o assure_v that_o it_o will_v never_o fail_v they_o since_o god_n have_v promise_v it_o and_o the_o power_n that_o he_o have_v to_o execute_v his_o counsel_n find_v no_o where_o either_o difficulty_n or_o impossibility_n to_o arrest_v or_o hinder_v it_o to_o conclude_v as_o to_o what_o
