they_o and_o lest_o their_o heart_n be_v more_o on_o earth_n than_o heaven_n when_o they_o find_v themselves_o afraid_a of_o die_v and_o to_o have_v dark_a amaze_a thought_n about_o eternity_n and_o to_o think_v with_o less_o trouble_n and_o fear_n of_o earth_n then_o of_o the_o life_n to_o come_v this_o make_v they_o think_v that_o they_o be_v yet_o but_o worldling_n and_o have_v not_o place_v their_o happiness_n with_o god_n when_o perhaps_o it_o be_v but_o the_o fear_n of_o death_n that_o cause_v these_o unjust_a conclusion_n christian_n i_o shall_v tell_v thou_o more_o anon_o that_o god_n may_v be_v true_o love_v and_o desire_v by_o thou_o and_o heaven_n may_v be_v much_o more_o value_v than_o earth_n and_o yet_o the_o natural_a fear_n of_o death_n that_o stand_v in_o thy_o way_n they_o presume_v to_o deny_v christ_n wilful_o because_o that_o peter_n have_v pardon_v that_o deny_v he_o through_o surprise_n and_o through_o infirmity_n but_o they_o will_v not_o repent_v with_o peter_n and_o die_v for_o he_o after_o their_o repentance_n he_o that_o have_v the_o power_n of_o a_o hypocrite_n life_n may_v prescribe_v he_o what_o he_o shall_v believe_v and_o do_v may_v write_v thing_n against_o god_n or_o man_n when_o lessâ—r_a matter_n can_v do_v so_o much_o as_o common_a sad_a experience_n show_v we_o no_o wonder_n if_o the_o fear_n of_o death_n can_v do_v it_o in_o brief_a you_o may_v see_v by_o what_o be_v say_v that_o death_n be_v become_v a_o enemy_n to_o our_o soul_n by_o be_v first_o the_o enemy_n of_o our_o nature_n the_o interest_n of_o our_o body_n work_n much_o on_o our_o soul_n much_o more_o the_o interest_n of_o the_o whole_a man_n the_o principle_n of_o self-love_n be_v plant_v in_o nature_n in_o order_n to_o self-preservation_n and_o the_o government_n of_o the_o world_n nature_n do_v necessary_o abhor_v its_o own_o destruction_n and_o therefore_o this_o destruction_n stand_v in_o the_o way_n be_v become_v a_o exceed_a great_a hindrance_n to_o our_o affection_n which_o take_v they_o off_o from_o the_o life_n to_o come_v 1._o it_o be_v a_o very_a great_a hindrance_n to_o the_o conversion_n of_o those_o that_o be_v yet_o carnal_a imprison_v in_o their_o unbelief_n it_o be_v hard_o to_o win_v their_o heart_n to_o such_o a_o state_n of_o happiness_n that_o can_v be_v obtain_v but_o by_o yield_v unto_o death_n 2._o and_o
