may_v find_v great_a comfort_n in_o the_o love_n they_o bear_v i_o i_o show_v they_o my_o wound_n to_o the_o end_n that_o they_o may_v touch_v they_o bathe_v they_o cleanse_v they_o kiss_v they_o &_o embrace_v they_o and_o although_o their_o devotion_n in_o this_o behalf_n may_v seem_v to_o worldly_a man_n ridiculous_a because_o they_o know_v not_o what_o it_o mean_v yet_o be_v it_o most_o need_n of_o any_o thing_n yet_o i_o make_v account_n i_o have_v gain_v much_o when_o i_o find_v so_o great_a fidelive_v in_o my_o spouse_n as_o she_o love_v i_o better_o than_o either_o herself_o or_o all_o the_o world_n beside_o but_o unthankfulness_n do_v offend_v i_o 〈◊〉_d much_o as_o fidelity_n do_v content_v i_o and_o be_v of_o all_o thing_n most_o grievous_a unto_o i_o because_o by_o it_o they_o seek_v to_o renew_v as_o much_o as_o lie_v in_o they_o the_o grief_n of_o my_o passion_n and_o vexation_n of_o my_o mind_n see_v i_o perceive_v that_o all_o be_v lose_v which_o i_o do_v of_o a_o unspeake_v by_o charity_n endure_v for_o they_o therefore_o whether_o outward_a affliction_n of_o thy_o body_n or_o inward_a affliction_n of_o thy_o mind_n happen_v unto_o thou_o seek_v not_o for_o external_a comfort_n which_o be_v nothing_o worth_a but_o in_o all_o thy_o distress_n fly_v unto_o i_o and_o make_v no_o complaint_n of_o thy_o grief_n unto_o any_o man_n but_o to_o i_o only_o herself_o unworthy_a to_o receive_v any_o consolation_n from_o i_o but_o desire_v only_o to_o be_v satisfy_v with_o have_v my_o good_a will_n &_o pleasure_n fulfil_v in_o she_o for_o she_o only_o desire_v to_o do_v to_o suffer_v and_o to_o be_v in_o no_o other_o sort_n than_o agree_v with_o my_o pleasure_n &_o then_o although_o such_o a_o hart_n neither_o desire_v comfort_n nor_o any_o thing_n also_o be_v pollute_v with_o unpure_a imagination_n and_o be_v distract_v with_o sundry_a cogitation_n that_o be_v lewd_a and_o wicked_a but_o i_o do_v collect_v that_o hart_n which_o seek_v to_o be_v join_v with_o i_o and_o i_o unite_v it_o fast_o unto_o i_o procure_v in_o it_o by_o my_o mean_n all_o peace_n quietness_n and_o all_o tranquillity_n of_o conscience_n thou_o ought_v continual_o to_o entreat_v i_o and_o without_o cease_v to_o pray_v unto_o i_o that_o thou_o may_v after_o this_o sort_n forsake_v the_o world_n renounce_v the_o love_n of_o all_o my_o creature_n and_o be_v whole_o convert_v unto_o i_o and_o inwardlie_o dedicate_v in_o thy_o soul_n to_o my_o service_n for_o no_o man_n can_v bestow_v this_o grace_n on_o thou_o neither_o can_v thou_o obtain_v it_o by_o any_o representation_n the_o love_n or_o delight_n of_o these_o thing_n internal_o in_o thy_o mind_n wherefore_o never_o complain_v that_o external_a good_a work_n be_v a_o impediment_n unto_o thou_o in_o thy_o love_a of_o i_o or_o in_o the_o exercise_n of_o thy_o love_n towards_o i_o for_o these_o thing_n do_v not_o hinder_v thou_o as_o thou_o do_v imagine_v &_o conceive_v in_o thy_o mind_n but_o thy_o inordinate_a affection_n thy_o want_n of_o discretion_n thy_o infirmity_n and_o thy_o evil_a inclination_n be_v those_o thing_n which_o do_v hinder_v thou_o because_o thou_o haste_v not_o as_o pollute_v thy_o hart_n and_o the_o more_o that_o i_o who_o be_o thy_o spouse_n &_o give_v thou_o these_o lesson_n o_o soul_n ought_v to_o be_v belove_v the_o more_o acceptable_a ought_v this_o instruction_n to_o be_v unto_o thou_o which_o proceed_v from_o i_o that_o be_o not_o only_o worthy_a to_o be_v belove_v but_o most_o worthy_a of_o all_o thing_n to_o be_v belove_v &_o deserve_v above_o all_o thing_n most_o to_o be_v desire_v yea_o and_o aught_o before_o all_o thing_n most_o to_o please_v &_o delight_v thou_o i_o will_v have_v thou_o also_o the_o more_o faithful_o to_o observe_v these_o precept_n see_v all_o these_o thing_n which_o i_o have_v deliver_v unto_o thou_o be_v not_o to_o delight_v a_o carnal_a &_o worldly_a hart_n but_o a_o spiritual_a and_o such_o a_o life_n or_o else_o the_o fraternity_n of_o the_o disciple_n of_o christ_n that_o be_v to_o say_v of_o such_o as_o desire_v to_o imitate_v the_o life_n of_o christ_n and_o seek_v to_o live_v after_o the_o rule_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o do_v study_n with_o all_o their_o endeavour_n to_o attain_v to_o the_o perfection_n of_o charity_n jesus_n christ_n which_o be_v make_v man_n for_o your_o sake_n do_v preach_v unto_o the_o world_n in_o time_n past_a and_o do_v deliver_v they_o one_o rule_n of_o life_n by_o my_o gospel_n for_o the_o salvation_n of_o they_o all_o he_o that_o believe_v it_o can_v never_o err_v and_o he_o that_o observe_v it_o can_v never_o perish_v for_o it_o only_o be_v sufficient_a alone_a for_o the_o salvation_n of_o man_n soul_n be_v well_o observe_v and_o it_o instruct_v
