he_o have_v when_o he_o act_v out_o of_o love_n and_o consequent_o his_o passion_n thwart_v and_o cross_v one_o another_o do_v retard_v and_o hinder_v each_o other_o motion_n so_o that_o though_o the_o motion_n of_o fear_n do_v final_o prevail_v yet_o it_o be_v so_o break_a and_o weaken_v by_o the_o counter-motion_n of_o inclination_n that_o it_o can_v act_v we_o with_o that_o spriteliness_n we_o shall_v run_v the_o way_n of_o god_n commandment_n as_o david_n say_v he_o will_v do_v when_o god_n shall_v enlarge_v his_o heart_n with_o the_o love_n of_o he_o psal._n cxix_o 32_o and_o loathe_v and_o reluctancy_n and_o only_o submit_v to_o it_o as_o a_o more_o tolerable_a penance_n than_o the_o present_a horror_n that_o he_o feel_v and_o the_o after-damnation_n that_o he_o fear_v he_o only_o choose_v it_o as_o the_o least_o of_o two_o evil_n that_o be_v as_o a_o thing_n that_o he_o hate_v though_o not_o in_o so_o great_a a_o degree_n as_o he_o do_v those_o great_a evil_n burden_n to_o we_o but_o we_o shall_v run_v to_o our_o duty_n with_o the_o same_o complacency_n and_o delight_n as_o we_o do_v now_o to_o our_o pleasure_n and_o recreation_n and_o do_v the_o will_n harmonious_a concurrence_n of_o all_o beauty_n and_o perfection_n where_o wisdom_n and_o goodness_n justice_n and_o mercy_n and_o every_o lovely_a thing_n that_o can_v claim_v or_o deserve_v a_o rational_a affection_n be_v contemper_v together_o in_o their_o utmost_a degree_n of_o perfection_n how_o i_o say_v can_v i_o steady_o reflect_v upon_o such_o a_o nature_n as_o this_o without_o be_v praise_n we_o be_v strong_o incline_v to_o do_v praiseworthy_a thing_n and_o consequent_o to_o exercise_v ourselves_o in_o all_o those_o amiable_a virtue_n which_o by_o common_a consent_n be_v look_v for_o there_o be_v such_o a_o near_a neighbourhood_n between_o these_o heavenly_a sister_n that_o when_o we_o be_v arrive_v at_o one_o we_o pass_v insensible_o to_o the_o next_o and_o so_o on_o by_o degree_n till_o we_o be_v go_v round_o with_o they_o all_o for_o though_o there_o be_v not_o a_o immediate_a dependence_n of_o every_o virtue_n upon_o every_o one_o virtue_n so_o as_o to_o make_v it_o necessary_a for_o a_o man_n to_o have_v all_o virtue_n in_o every_o moment_n that_o he_o have_v one_o for_o a_o man_n may_v be_v charitable_a and_o yet_o not_o present_o humble_a as_o he_o may_v be_v just_a and_o yet_o not_o immediate_o temperate_a yet_o there_o be_v so_o near_o a_o dependence_n between_o they_o that_o one_o always_o dispose_v the_o mind_n for_o another_o this_o virtue_n always_o make_v way_n for_o its_o next_o neighbour_n and_o that_o for_o its_o next_o and_o so_o on_o all_o around_o the_o whole_a circle_n of_o virtue_n thus_o humility_n natural_o dispose_v the_o mind_n to_o meekness_n meekness_n to_o charity_n charity_n to_o justice_n justice_z to_z devotion_n which_o be_v give_v god_n his_o due_a and_o devotion_n to_o heavenly-mindedness_a and_o contempt_n of_o the_o
