we_o be_v not_o capable_a of_o enjoy_v they_o hence_o it_o be_v as_o solomon_n speak_v a_o live_a dog_n be_v better_a than_o a_o dead_a lion_n when_o death_n come_v it_o put_v we_o in_o a_o utter_a incapacity_n of_o partake_v of_o any_o refreshment_n from_o these_o outward_a comfort_n therefore_o it_o be_v the_o devil_n say_v to_o job_n skin_n for_o skin_n and_o all_o that_o a_o man_n have_v tempt_v above_o what_o they_o be_v able_a 1_o cor._n 1.13_o and_o when_o they_o be_v the_o forest_n beset_v with_o difficulty_n and_o under_o the_o great_a fear_n and_o sad_a thought_n yet_o even_o then_o god_n have_v the_o same_o care_n of_o they_o that_o he_o have_v of_o st._n paul_n 2_o cor._n 12.9_o my_o grace_n be_v sufficient_a for_o thou_o that_o one_o expression_n that_o we_o have_v 1_o everlasting_a there_o be_v nothing_o that_o enemy_n can_v do_v to_o put_v a_o period_n to_o it_o and_o there_o be_v all_o thing_n in_o god_n that_o may_v give_v we_o a_o assurance_n of_o theeverlastingness_n thereof_o use_v now_o to_o make_v some_o application_n of_o this_o point_n in_o a_o few_o word_n first_o this_o may_v inform_v we_o of_o the_o folly_n of_o they_o who_o fix_v upon_o any_o thing_n on_o this_o side_n god_n there_o be_v no_o everlastingness_n no_o fixation_n no_o stability_n in_o any_o thing_n but_o in_o god_n only_o i_o have_v see_v a_o end_n of_o all_o perfection_n but_o thy_o commandment_n be_v exceed_o broad_a alas_o all_o other_o thing_n be_v but_o as_o cloud_n that_o be_v pass_v away_o they_o be_v not_o why_o shall_v we_o set_v our_o heart_n upon_o thing_n that_o be_v not_o they_o be_v not_o because_o they_o continue_v not_o in_o fix_v our_o heart_n and_o hope_n and_o in_o build_v our_o expectation_n on_o any_o thing_n besides_o god_n and_o place_v our_o comfort_n on_o any_o thing_n beside_o the_o love_n of_o god_n as_o we_o high_o dishonour_v god_n so_o we_o high_o wrong_v our_o own_o soul_n hereby_o we_o high_o dishonour_v god_n because_o we_o prefer_v the_o cistern_n before_o the_o fountain_n yea_o we_o rather_o choose_v to_o build_v on_o the_o sand_n then_o upon_o the_o rock_n of_o age_n we_o think_v ourselves_o better_a in_o the_o hand_n of_o creature_n then_o in_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o almighty_a and_o infinite_o gracious_a god_n and_o we_o wrong_v ourselves_o because_o we_o bring_v ourselves_o under_o a_o absolute_a necessity_n of_o be_v frustrate_v and_o disappoint_v though_o we_o may_v be_v as_o industrious_a as_o the_o laborious_a bee_n to_o wander_v from_o this_o to_o the_o other_o part_n of_o the_o world_n to_o go_v to_o this_o and_o that_o flower_n yet_o we_o be_v sure_a to_o meet_v with_o nothing_o but_o disappointment_n but_o god_n be_v a_o sure_a refuge_n his_o love_n be_v stable_a and_o secure_a to_o our_o soul_n nay_o we_o do_v whtat_fw-la we_o can_v to_o put_v god_n far_o from_o we_o when_o we_o fly_v from_o he_o and_o make_v the_o world_n our_o comfort_n we_o bid_v as_o it_o be_v god_n to_o depart_v from_o we_o we_o tell_v he_o we_o can_v do_v well_o enough_o without_o he_o we_o can_v do_v well_o enough_o with_o other_o thing_n beside_o he_o we_o say_v as_o they_o do_v depart_v from_o we_o for_o we_o desire_v not_o the_o knowledge_n of_o thy_o love_n job_n 21.14_o 2._o it_o may_v inform_v we_o how_o such_o discourse_n as_o this_o be_v may_v cause_v our_o heart_n and_o that_o with_o a_o everlasting_a love_n and_o so_o as_o that_o nothing_o shall_v be_v able_a to_o take_v off_o his_o love_n from_o we_o not_o our_o sin_n not_o our_o provocation_n this_o be_v a_o wonder_n though_o these_o may_v be_v as_o so_o many_o cloud_n to_o darken_v his_o love_n yet_o this_o be_v a_o privilege_n peculiar_a to_o all_o true_a and_o sincere_a believer_n now_o since_o god_n do_v love_v we_o so_o wonderful_o how_o shall_v this_o cause_n our_o heart_n to_o burn_v within_o we_o to_o burn_v with_o the_o fire_n of_o repentance_n to_o purge_v away_o the_o dross_n of_o our_o sin_n that_o ever_o we_o shall_v be_v so_o foolish_a unwise_a and_o disingenuous_a to_o requite_v so_o good_a a_o god_n who_o have_v so_o love_v we_o and_o with_o the_o fire_n of_o love_n to_o love_n god_n and_o to_o do_v what_o we_o can_v in_o acknowledge_v such_o love_n in_o he_o to_o we_o and_o with_o the_o fire_n of_o zeal_n for_o he_o that_o have_v show_v so_o much_o of_o kindness_n to_o and_o care_n of_o and_o over_o we_o 2._o use_v the_o next_o use_n be_v by_o way_n of_o exhortation_n and_o in_o that_o i_o shall_v speak_v to_o two_o sort_n of_o person_n first_o to_o they_o who_o find_v themselves_o as_o yet_o stranger_n to_o this_o love_n of_o god_n let_v i_o speak_v to_o they_o oh_o do_v but_o think_v how_o sad_a a_o condition_n you_o be_v at_o present_a labour_n to_o affect_v thorough_o your_o heart_n with_o the_o sadness_n of_o this_o condition_n though_o you_o may_v have_v never_o so_o much_o of_o other_o mercy_n yet_o if_o you_o have_v not_o
