of_o their_o mind_n than_o the_o judgement_n of_o reason_n because_o these_o fellow_n have_v take_v great_a matter_n upon_o they_o than_o it_o be_v god_n will_v and_o pleasure_n they_o shall_v they_o have_v quick_o lose_v the_o favour_n of_o god_n and_o they_o which_o have_v make_v they_o a_o nest_n in_o heaven_n even_o those_o same_o become_v needy_a vile_a and_o forsake_v to_o the_o intent_n that_o they_o be_v press_v down_o and_o impoverish_v may_v learn_v to_o fie_o not_o with_o their_o own_o wing_n but_o to_o stay_v themselves_o upon_o my_o feather_n they_o which_o be_v yet_o but_o beginner_n and_o unskilful_a of_o the_o way_n of_o the_o lord_n unless_o the_o same_o obey_v the_o counsel_n of_o the_o wise_a sort_n they_o may_v soon_o be_v deceive_v &_o throw_v down_o headlong_o and_o if_o the_o same_o have_v rather_o yield_v to_o their_o own_o opinion_n than_o obay_v the_o practise_v and_o beat_v soldier_n those_o be_v in_o the_o great_a danger_n because_o they_o will_v not_o be_v retire_v from_o the_o opinion_n that_o they_o have_v once_o conceive_v in_o themselves_o it_o be_v seldom_o see_v that_o one_o seem_n wise_a in_o his_o own_o conceit_n can_v modest_o bear_v the_o commandment_n of_o a_o other_o therefore_o it_o be_v better_a to_o have_v little_a wit_n with_o modesty_n and_o slender_a understanding_n of_o thing_n then_o for_o his_o abundant_a knowledge_n to_o stand_v to_o much_o in_o his_o own_o conceit_n better_o it_o be_v to_o have_v less_o then_o have_v much_o to_o be_v proud_a he_o do_v not_o behave_v himself_o circumspect_o enough_o which_o betake_v himself_o whole_o unto_o joy_n forget_v his_o old_a neediness_n and_o the_o chaste_a fear_n of_o the_o lord_n which_o fear_n be_v wont_v to_o stand_v in_o awe_n of_o loose_v the_o benefit_n already_o bestow_v upon_o he_o sure_o that_o person_n be_v not_o godly_a wise_n sufficient_o which_o behave_v himself_o to_o desperate_o in_o the_o time_n of_o adversity_n and_o trouble_n and_o think_v and_o judge_v of_o i_o with_o less_o trust_n and_o confidence_n than_o he_o ought_v to_o do_v he_o that_o show_v himself_o to_o careless_a in_o the_o time_n of_o peace_n the_o same_o be_v often_o to_o much_o discourage_v and_o faint_a heart_a in_o the_o time_n of_o war_n if_o thou_o have_v always_o skill_n to_o show_v thyself_o modest_a and_o of_o a_o lowly_a mind_n and_o to_o rule_v and_o govern_v thy_o spirit_n aright_o thou_o shall_v not_o so_o soon_o fall_v into_o danger_n &_o offence_n it_o be_v a_o point_n of_o assurance_n to_o cast_v what_o shall_v come_v after_o if_o the_o light_n shall_v depart_v after_o thou_o have_v conceive_v the_o spirit_n of_o fervour_n and_o heat_n and_o again_o when_o the_o same_o have_v so_o chance_v in_o deed_n to_o think_v that_o the_o same_o light_n may_v return_v again_o be_v therefore_o of_o i_o withdraw_v that_o both_o thou_o may_v be_v make_v the_o more_o wary_a and_o i_o become_v thereby_o the_o more_o glorious_a for_o many_o time_n such_o trial_n be_v more_o expedient_a then_o if_o thou_o shall_v always_o enjoy_v prosperity_n according_a as_o thou_o will_v have_v it_o for_o the_o work_n of_o godliness_n &_o virtue_n do_v not_o set_v naught_o by_o thyself_o but_o unfeigned_o despise_v thyself_o &_o also_o rejoice_v more_o to_o be_v despise_v &_o press_v down_o of_o other_o then_o to_o be_v honour_v of_o they_o of_o set_v little_a by_o a_o man_n self_n in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n the_o ix_o chapter_n servant_n i_o dare_v speak_v unto_o my_o lord_n be_v myself_o but_o dust_n and_o ash_n and_o if_o i_o shall_v set_v somewhat_o by_o myself_o yet_o do_v thou_o stand_v against_o i_o &_o my_o own_o sin_n do_v bear_v true_a witness_n against_o i_o which_o witness_n i_o be_o not_o able_a to_o gainsay_v but_o if_o i_o into_o nothing_o for_o thou_o oh_o my_o most_o sweet_a lord_n do_v bestow_v more_o deserve_v thing_n upon_o i_o not_o only_o then_o i_o be_o able_a to_o deserve_v but_o also_o then_o i_o dare_v hope_n for_o i_o will_v not_o say_v crave_v for_o oh_o my_o god_o i_o give_v thou_o thanks_n that_o though_o i_o be_v unworthy_a of_o all_o goodness_n yet_o thy_o nobility_n and_o infinite_a goodness_n do_v never_o cease_v to_o do_v good_a unto_o the_o ingrateful_a and_o to_o those_o that_o be_v turn_v far_o away_o from_o thou_o turn_v thou_o we_o unto_o thou_o that_o we_o may_v be_v thankful_a humble_a religious_a and_o godly_a which_o be_v our_o health_n virtue_n &_o strength_n that_o we_o ought_v to_o drive_v all_o our_o do_n to_o god_n glory_n as_o to_o the_o far_a end_n or_o

death_n of_o the_o last_o judgement_n of_o the_o judgement_n seat_n of_o the_o lord_n among_o the_o other_o comfort_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n the_o godly_a do_v chief_o stay_v themselves_o with_o the_o word_n of_o the_o apostle_n creed_n i_o believe_v say_v they_o the_o communion_n or_o fellowship_n of_o saint_n the_o remission_n of_o sin_n the_o resurrection_n of_o this_o flesh_n and_o the_o life_n everlasting_a they_o lean_v upon_o this_o faith_n chase_v all_o fear_n and_o heaviness_n from_o they_o if_o that_o the_o devil_n do_v minister_v any_o do_v rejoice_v always_o in_o the_o lord_n howbeit_o some_o man_n will_v here_o object_v that_o consider_v they_o be_v man_n it_o can_v not_o be_v otherwise_o choose_v but_o that_o they_o shall_v be_v trouble_v with_o passion_n mourn_v and_o be_v sorrowful_a oftentimes_o for_o they_o can_v not_o lay_v the_o nature_n of_o mankind_n from_o they_o &_o renounce_v as_o it_o be_v the_o feel_v of_o flesh_n and_o blood_n which_o all_o man_n have_v in_o they_o i_o grant_v that_o the_o godly_a be_v distress_v with_o heaviness_n many_o a_o time_n and_o oft_o and_o that_o their_o mind_n be_v sometime_o trouble_v and_o maze_v and_o that_o it_o can_v not_o be_v otherwise_o in_o these_o tumult_n of_o worldly_a affair_n howbeit_o the_o same_o do_v forthwith_o come_v to_o themselves_o again_o and_o disquietness_n of_o mind_n be_v settle_v or_o appease_v they_o so_o fashion_n themselves_o in_o god_n regard_n and_o provident_a care_n towards_o they_o that_o with_o joy_n they_o take_v all_o thing_n very_o quiet_o and_o rejoice_v in_o their_o affliction_n &_o repose_v themselves_o in_o thapprooved_a love_n of_o god_n toward_o they_o do_v conceive_v such_o gladness_n and_o pleasure_n in_o their_o mind_n thereof_o that_o the_o same_o and_o patient_a in_o what_o case_n so_o ever_o we_o stand_v she_o unto_o make_v that_o say_n of_o the_o same_o solomon_n wherein_o he_o exhort_v like_a as_o he_o do_v before_o the_o faithful_a and_o the_o lover_n of_o god_n go_v say_v he_o and_o eat_v thy_o bread_n in_o gladness_n and_o drink_v thy_o wine_n with_o a_o cheerful_a heart_n because_o thy_o work_n do_v now_o please_v god_n let_v thy_o garment_n be_v white_a at_o all_o time_n and_o anoint_v thy_o head_n with_o oil_n etc_n etc_n in_o so_o many_o trouble_n and_o infinite_a care_n and_o misery_n of_o this_o life_n solomon_n will_v yet_o have_v the_o godly_a to_o be_v of_o good_a cheer_n and_o courage_n and_o not_o to_o be_v careful_a and_o take_v think_v to_o rejoice_v always_o in_o the_o lord_n not_o to_o fret_v and_o vex_v themselves_o that_o thing_n can_v come_v to_o no_o man_n but_o through_o the_o blessing_n of_o god_n like_a as_o he_o also_o do_v many_o time_n testify_v as_o when_o he_o say_v god_n give_v wisdom_n and_o knowledge_n and_o gladness_n to_o the_o man_n that_o please_v he_o but_o to_o the_o sinner_n he_o give_v carefulness_n that_o he_o may_v increase_v &_o gather_v together_o and_o so_o it_o
