but_o god_n that_o give_v the_o increase_n for_o what_o can_v man_n have_v in_o himself_o if_o he_o will_v enter_v into_o this_o to_o part_v or_o divide_v a_o matter_n between_o god_n &_o himself_o we_o must_v therefore_o take_v heed_n of_o this_o not_o so_o much_o as_o once_o to_o think_v that_o the_o virtue_n and_o power_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n shall_v be_v tie_v and_o bind_v to_o the_o ministry_n of_o man_n as_o though_o without_o it_o god_n can_v not_o work_v in_o man_n heart_n even_o as_o shall_v please_v himself_o as_o we_o see_v that_o they_o of_o the_o romish_a church_n suppose_v and_o think_v as_o appear_v in_o this_o that_o they_o spare_v not_o to_o affirm_v that_o if_o a_o child_n die_v without_o baptism_n administer_v by_o man_n it_o can_v not_o be_v save_v &_o on_o the_o other_o side_n that_o they_o which_o receive_v the_o outward_a sign_n from_o the_o minister_n hand_n receive_v by_o and_o by_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n which_o be_v tie_v to_o these_o sign_n but_o god_n say_v by_o his_o prophet_n that_o it_o belong_v to_o he_o 11.19_o jere._n 31.33_o ezech._n 11.19_o to_o write_v his_o law_n in_o man_n heart_n to_o take_v away_o from_o they_o
