christ_n and_o that_o mortification_n and_o vivification_n be_v nothing_o but_o a_o believe_a that_o christ_n have_v mortify_v sin_n for_o they_o and_o be_v quicken_v for_o they_o and_o that_o that_o sanctification_n which_o be_v inherent_a in_o christ_n and_o not_o that_o which_o be_v inherent_a in_o we_o be_v a_o evidence_n of_o our_o justification_n but_o this_o principle_n which_o confound_v a_o christian_n justification_n and_o sanctification_n as_o it_o cast_v the_o seed_n of_o deny_v all_o inherent_a grace_n in_o a_o believer_n so_o it_o lay_v the_o basis_n of_o refuse_v to_o do_v any_o duty_n or_o conform_v to_o any_o law_n in_o our_o own_o person_n for_o if_o this_o principle_n be_v true_a which_o no_o orthodox_n writer_n doubt_v of_o viz._n that_o we_o be_v to_o seek_v for_o no_o righteousness_n in_o ourselves_o to_o our_o justification_n because_o we_o be_v perfect_o just_a and_o make_v righteous_a for_o that_o end_n in_o christ_n than_o it_o will_v undeniable_o follow_v that_o we_o be_v not_o to_o seek_v for_o any_o holiness_n and_o sanctification_n in_o ourselves_o because_o we_o be_v perfect_o sanctify_v also_o in_o christ_n jesus_n who_o have_v repent_v and_o believe_v and_o mortify_a sin_n perfect_o for_o we_o in_o his_o own_o person_n look_v therefore_o as_o the_o perfection_n of_o christ_n righteousness_n to_o our_o justification_n shall_v make_v a_o christian_a abhor_v any_o personal_a righteousness_n of_o his_o own_o to_o his_o justification_n so_o if_o we_o be_v perfect_o sanctify_v in_o christ_n than_o perfection_n of_o christ_n holiness_n above_o any_o other_o ordinary_a and_o common_a day_n what_o then_o can_v this_o day_n be_v but_o the_o christian_a sabbath_n impose_v by_o the_o apostle_n and_o magnify_v and_o honour_v by_o all_o the_o church_n in_o those_o day_n i_o know_v there_o be_v some_o other_o reply_v make_v to_o this_o scripture_n by_o master_n brabourne_n but_o they_o be_v wind-egge_n as_o plutarch_n call_v that_o galat._n 4.10_o and_o yet_o command_v 1_o cor._n 16.1.2_o a_o more_o sacred_a and_o solemn_a observation_n of_o the_o first_o day_n of_o the_o week_n rather_o than_o any_o other_o surly_n this_o can_v not_o be_v unless_o we_o conclude_v a_o divine_a institution_n hereof_o for_o we_o know_v how_o zealous_a the_o holy_a apostle_n be_v every_o where_o to_o strike_v at_o humane_a custom_n and_o therefore_o can_v not_o lay_v a_o stumble_a block_n to_o occasion_n the_o grievous_a fall_n of_o church_n to_o allow_v and_o command_v they_o to_o observe_v a_o humane_a tradition_n and_o to_o
