security_n only_o for_o the_o rent_n of_o those_o great_a branch_n which_o must_v always_o be_v do_v if_o his_o majesty_n be_v in_o the_o most_o plentiful_a condition_n of_o his_o exchequer_n in_o answer_n to_o this_o i_o will_v in_o the_o first_o place_n ask_v his_o lordship_n what_o security_n be_v now_o give_v for_o the_o rent_n of_o the_o custom_n and_o what_o prejudice_n it_o will_v be_v to_o his_o majesty_n revenue_n if_o these_o two_o branch_n of_o the_o excise_n and_o hearth-duty_n be_v manage_v as_o the_o custom_n be_v and_o not_o farm_a and_o then_o there_o be_v no_o necessity_n of_o such_o a_o security_n as_o his_o lordship_n call_v it_o for_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o rent_n as_o to_o my_o own_o opinion_n i_o can_v but_o think_v that_o these_o two_o branch_n manage_v as_o and_o whilst_o they_o also_o have_v a_o anticipation_n upon_o they_o by_o way_n of_o security_n and_o perhaps_o if_o this_o advance-money_n that_o my_o lord_n danby_n will_v not_o have_v reckon_v as_o also_o and_o sure_a my_o lord_n of_o danby_n be_v of_o the_o same_o opinion_n a_o little_a before_o his_o go_v out_o for_o he_o have_v almost_o complete_v a_o bargain_n to_o part_v with_o the_o king_n title_n to_o the_o surplus_n for_o a_o considerable_a sum_n of_o money_n and_o i_o be_o sure_a it_o have_v be_v esteem_v by_o the_o present_a lord_n commissioner_n as_o a_o part_n of_o the_o revenue_n
