any_o that_o have_v other_o end_n in_o put_v their_o child_n to_o school_n these_o be_v contemn_v your_o school_n be_v better_a to_o be_v without_o they_o than_o cumber_v with_o they_o from_o whence_o come_v the_o general_a complaint_n of_o the_o ungraciousness_n and_o unhappiness_n of_o scholar_n but_o from_o this_o that_o you_o never_o teach_v they_o their_o duty_n out_o of_o the_o book_n of_o the_o lord_n some_o of_o you_o think_v over_o much_o gentleness_n to_o be_v the_o way_n and_o other_o continual_a and_o tyrannical_a scourge_n and_o whip_a to_o be_v the_o way_n whereas_o in_o deed_n you_o be_v both_o sort_n far_o and_o wide_o out_o of_o the_o way_n for_o the_o one_o with_o too_o much_o levity_n encourage_v they_o to_o a_o lewd_a licentiousness_n and_o looseness_n of_o manner_n the_o other_o think_v by_o cruel_a and_o butcherly_a beating_n to_o win_v reformation_n engender_v in_o they_o such_o a_o mislike_n and_o lothe_a of_o learning_n that_o they_o abhor_v with_o as_o deadly_a hatred_n the_o school_n house_n as_o we_o do_v those_o thing_n which_o be_v most_o loathsome_a and_o noisome_a unto_o we_o i_o like_v well_o of_o gentleness_n if_o it_o be_v such_o as_o by_o it_o manner_n be_v not_o corrupt_v &_o spill_v and_o on_o the_o other_o side_n i_o allow_v of_o reasonable_a correction_n so_o as_o it_o be_v use_v as_o the_o last_o remedy_n that_o be_v when_o no_o
