tender-hearted_a and_o can_v bear_v with_o the_o infirmity_n of_o the_o weak_a and_o be_v ready_a to_o cherish_v they_o that_o be_v cast_v down_o he_o do_v not_o expect_v a_o full_a growâ—h_n of_o and_o to_o this_o knowledge_n unbeliever_n be_v mere_a stranger_n yea_o be_v they_o never_o so_o wise_a and_o learned_a in_o other_o thing_n they_o have_v only_o the_o theory_n of_o this_o wisdom_n they_o can_v prattle_v of_o it_o by_o rote_n but_o they_o know_v not_o what_o it_o be_v by_o effect_n and_o experience_n yea_o if_o a_o man_n want_z faith_n holiness_n the_o love_n of_o god_n and_o word_n the_o blindness_n of_o man_n mind_n hardness_n of_o their_o heart_n etc._n etc._n he_o account_v more_o woeful_a than_o any_o judgement_n the_o world_n can_v be_v sensible_a of_o 10._o he_o be_v not_o of_o a_o reprobate_a judgement_n in_o think_v good_a evil_n and_o evil_a good_a neither_o have_v he_o a_o base_a esteem_n of_o god_n people_n and_o their_o way_n as_o it_o fare_v with_o then_o confides_fw-la in_o what_o he_o have_v for_o he_o work_v out_o his_o salvation_n with_o fear_n and_o tremble_a and_o trust_v not_o in_o the_o least_o to_o his_o own_o strength_n but_o be_v ever_o jealous_a and_o suspicious_a lest_o his_o heart_n shall_v deceive_v he_o but_o he_o resolve_v by_o god_n grace_n not_o to_o use_v any_o unlawful_a mean_n nor_o yield_v to_o any_o thing_n against_o the_o truth_n for_o the_o avoid_n of_o what_o he_o fear_v be_v it_o burn_v at_o a_o stake_n as_o know_v and_o be_v full_o persuade_v that_o all_o thing_n shall_v work_v together_o for_o the_o best_a unto_o he_o and_o indeed_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n which_o be_v his_o continual_a guardian_n keep_v he_o in_o some_o measure_n from_o the_o fear_n of_o death_n and_o terror_n of_o the_o world_n for_o he_o fear_v not_o they_o that_o can_v only_o kill_v the_o body_n in_o any_o degree_n like_o he_o that_o after_o he_o have_v kill_v can_v cast_v both_o body_n and_o soul_n into_o hell_n evil_a and_o by_o his_o constant_a obedience_n and_o the_o delight_n he_o have_v in_o keep_v of_o god_n commandment_n and_o by_o his_o willingness_n to_o be_v at_o cost_n or_o suffer_v for_o he_o neither_o be_v he_o so_o in_o love_n with_o the_o world_n or_o any_o thing_n in_o it_o as_o that_o it_o shall_v diminish_v his_o love_n to_o god_n yea_o he_o so_o love_v and_o long_v for_o christ_n appear_v that_o he_o may_v be_v unite_v to_o he_o and_o enjoy_v his_o presence_n that_o his_o daily_a prayer_n be_v come_v lord_n jesus_n come_v quick_o 4._o again_o he_o entire_o love_v and_o high_o esteem_v god_n people_n not_o out_o of_o any_o carnal_a or_o selâ—_z end_n but_o for_o their_o grace_n the_o truth_n sake_n and_o because_o they_o be_v bear_v of_o god_n more_o love_a and_o honoâ—ring_v the_o poor_a that_o wâ—lk_n upright_o than_o they_o that_o pervert_v their_o way_n though_o they_o be_v rich_a and_o love_v they_o best_a that_o serve_v god_n most_o he_o be_v prone_a to_o justify_v they_o and_o speak_v in_o their_o defence_n when_o he_o hear_v they_o revile_v slander_v or_o contemn_v by_o wicked_a and_o ungodly_a man_n though_o he_o incur_v their_o displeasure_n by_o it_o 5._o he_o do_v not_o estrange_v himself_o from_o the_o people_n of_o god_n in_o their_o misery_n but_o be_v ready_a to_o minister_v unto_o they_o when_o they_o stand_v in_o need_n and_o use_v any_o mean_n for_o their_o relief_n he_o will_v solicit_v great_a one_o in_o their_o behalf_n and_o in_o christ_n cause_n though_o he_o endanger_v himself_o thereby_o and_o can_v be_v as_o earnest_a a_o suitor_n at_o the_o throne_n of_o grace_n for_o other_o that_o be_v in_o distress_n as_o for_o himself_o even_o thirst_v and_o study_v how_o he_o may_v do_v they_o most_o good_a as_o participate_v and_o be_v touch_v with_o compassion_n and_o have_v a_o fellow-feeling_n both_o of_o the_o misery_n and_o felicity_n of_o other_o as_o one_o member_n have_v of_o another_o especial_o of_o the_o church_n as_o a_o member_n have_v of_o the_o whole_a body_n neither_o can_v he_o rejoice_v in_o his_o own_o peace_n and_o welfare_n while_o the_o church_n and_o people_n of_o god_n be_v in_o distress_n who_o welfare_n he_o prefer_v before_o his_o own_o 6._o he_o delight_v in_o the_o saint_n company_n above_o all_o other_o as_o find_v a_o heavenly_a sweetness_n in_o their_o conference_n and_o society_n where_o every_o one_o word_n do_v savour_n of_o grace_n and_o wisdom_n and_o when_o in_o every_o company_n he_o shall_v either_o do_v good_a or_o receive_v good_a 7._o and_o as_o he_o love_v and_o delight_n in_o holy_a company_n so_o he_o loathe_v evil_a company_n neither_o will_v he_o have_v any_o fellowship_n with_o the_o worker_n of_o iniquity_n or_o be_v in_o league_n with_o the_o wicked_a as_o swearer_n drunkard_n whoremonger_n scoffer_n etc._n etc._n but_o avoid_v all_o needless_a society_n with_o they_o 8._o he_o rejoice_v when_o the_o righteous_a be_v exalt_v and_o grieve_v when_o the_o wickâ—d_a bear_n rule_v he_o be_v no_o enemy_n to_o reformation_n but_o earnest_o desire_v the_o same_o and_o further_v it_o all_o he_o can_v chap._n vii_o 1._o thankfulnesâ—e_n to_o god_n and_o his_o redeemer_n and_o out_o of_o love_n to_o they_o 4._o he_o be_v haâ—ed_v of_o the_o world_n for_o goodness_n and_o suffer_v some_o way_n for_o christ_n at_o least_o he_o be_v evil_o speak_v of_o for_o well_o do_v and_o rejoice_v therein_o or_o in_o whatsoever_o he_o suffer_v well_o consider_v that_o all_o his_o suffering_n in_o this_o life_n be_v not_o
